How to upload the photo and display in the image control,in the same employee form...the image is displayed in the right side. I've written the code for upload image,the image will uploaded successfully, I want to display on the same page.

the problem is displaying the photo before it has been saved.
I display strFileName which works on my PC but not on my laptop.

As this is registration form, I want server side validation of existing email id .If user entered email id already exist in DB I want to reopen the above modal dialog (automatically) with an error massage Email ID already exist.
I m not able to reopen that dialog box.

I have an asyncfileupload control. AFTER the file has been successfully saved to disk I want to assign the uploaded image to a HTML element. To show it to the user.
Important: in the afuFlyer_UploadedComplete method I'm renaming the image, so the image saved to disk does NOT have the same name as the file the user initially uploaded.
I have this:

and a javascript function:

But the args.get_fileName(); is useless since the filename has been changed. So I need to pass the new filename to this method somehow?
Also, is the image actually already saved to disk when the Async_UploadComplete function is called? Or has the upload to the server just been completed and not the saving to server disk?
Ive also tried working with ScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock and ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript in afuFlyer_UploadedComplete method without success:

The admin has the ability to view each company's application in full for reference, now I want to display the employee details on a sperate web page using the GridView control. Unfortunately when creating a datasource for the GridView I am unable to use a varible (currentCompanyId) to pass the employee's companys id into the query to display the correct employee's for the correct application.
Does anybody know another apporach to this? Or maybe there is a better way to do this altogether?

CI have been producing a registration form using html and asp. I have managed to get it to send an email having copied script from a previous website which someone developed for me. I now get the response going to the old address and with then old text. How can I change it all to the new site?

When I changed the Address text box to Multiline, that too has moved to the right. The Css Class for all textboxes are 'textentry'.

I am creating a website where users can upload a profile picture. When a photo is uploaded I am resizing it and generating two new files one for a thumbnail view and one for a large view. Both photos are stored in the same folder and the file names are stored in to two different columns in an SQL table against the users membership account. The two new files use the following naming convention:
Random_name_small.jpg
Random_name_large.jpg
I am then using a grid view with a custom template and an image button to display the Random_name_small.jpg. What I would like to do is when some clicks on this thumbnail photo to then display the associated Random_name_large.jpg. From the SQL select command I am reading both the Random_name_small.jpg and Random_name_large.jpg and then binding Random_name_small.jpg to the image button. Can this be done using the details view or should I be rewriting the code manually to display these images.

The issue is when the radio button or the value in drop down list are selected the page is posted back and the password and confrim password are disappearing after the postback. The post back is necessary.I want to keep the passwords maintained even after the post back.
