How to get Current x and y posion of object which we have used in Drag Extender pannel.
if suppose i using to drag extender for move the lable by using drag extender pannel. now i need exact position of that lable. can i get it ?
In our application we have drag panel extender work along with Resizable panel extender. We have a requirement where in we need to have a panel that can be dragged also along with resize. This is our implementation.

When we move the panel and try to pin it to a position (click) we get a javascript error. It is bcoz of Resizablepanel since the position got changed, drag panel not able to get the position.
i am new to ajax. i have downloaded AjaxControlToolkit 3.5 and right click on the toolkit and browse to the AjaxControlToolkit.dll
now i have all the ajax control in but i am not able to drag and drop AutoCompleteextender and some other controls to the design view
but at the same some controls can be draged and droped in to the design view

I have three button on my web page,after clicking each button a popup is opened. Now i want open this popups just below the button and also stop the scrolling of popup with parent page.

I don't see a property that would help define the location where matched items should be displayed. I have a strange behavior where if there are multiple matches, AutoComplete extender displays the list of matches nice right below my TextBox. However, if there's only one match, it's displayed some 30 or so pixels above the TextBox. Strangely, I find myself hitting the up arrow key because the suggestion is displayed above but looks like the expected behavior is down arrow.

but i need to store the value in database and while page_load() i need to render the control as per the Co-ordinate values from the database .
From the above solution everything is fine except that i need to do it with code behind(from server side).

In the Gridview right now i able to show the link locations. But i want to have Hyperlink or Button in the links location in the Transcript Location fields.And on the click of which the txt or doc file opens up in notepad or microsoft word.
Following is my code when user enters hospital name and city, he will be navigated to this page to show location on map. Now I want to get user current location and draw the route between current location and destination. Is there any way to integrate to geocoding and geolocation? Â

I have the same problem as Simon in this post. He found out some sort of a solution, but it does not work for me. Please, could someone explain me what is going on in this answer or advice me something else. PS: there is an example on the asp.net site which doesn't work exactly the same way as my reorder list... I load the data to the List collection from the page_load event but that works fine. The data binding works as well. The problem is in that the items cannot be reordered -- during the reordering, the sort value doesn't change and the list doesn't update.
I have installed and reinstalled AjaxControlToolkit.Binary.NET35, added as reference too and still cannot add the controls to the form. Why is creating web forms so frustratring? I have no problems when I use the Extended Object controls.

I need to create a table where every item in the cell can be drag and drop among themselves and and also drag and drop to other cell. I am thinking to create a ReorderList for every table cell but it come to a problem where I need to drag item from 1 ReOrderList to another ReOrderList when I need to drag the item in the cell to another cell. I would like the user to be able to both reorder items within each list - this works fine with reorderlist; But to be able to move an item from one list to the other - this I can't make work with reorderlist. Is this possible and can anyone give some pointers on how to achieve it ?
