AJAX :: Way To Save The Position Of The Panel To The Profile After User Drop

i'm using dragpanelextender,and,i want to save the position of the panel to the profile after user drop it,but i'm wondering which event should i use to do the savingi tried onmouseup,but it doesn't work in IE--user triggers the onmouseup event only if they didn't move it!this post,http://forums.asp.net/p/1188549/4134284.aspx#4134284,tells that there's a event called "ondrop"but my vs and browser told that there's no such thing.
How can I dynamically insert images when user uploads an image file to SQL Server 2005 with C# in ASP.NET? This is to let users upload their profile photos in my web app. Is it very different from how it is done for windows app with C#?

When the page first load and at that time if we use auto complete drop down will come properly but if the scroll bar position change then drop down will overlap the text box and it will change the position. For more info I will put screen of it.

i need this Profile to add Unique IP address that has been used by the UserName ,,,

If i logged in for the first time , it will save my IP address , next time if my IP has changed and i logged in , i need to keep the old IP address and add to it with comma seperated the new IP ..
I am a designer prototyping applications. At the moment I want to show in my prototype that a drag panel opens and it belongs to a tab.
Two questions: How can I make a drag panel belong to a tab?
Should that be too complicated code wise (i am a designer - not a developer...): Can I position the drag panel on opening for the first time?So far, my drag panel always opens in the top left corner in my browser. I tried positioning it with CSS but it just ignores that.

I have a user control in a master page with two drop down lists. When the user selects an item out of either ddl, I want to load a specific user control inside an update panel on the content page. I can't figure out how to get the user control to trigger the update panel.

In this code you can see the select statement that the customers are selected for display to the user. Order by is at least being used to disply in name order. but this example here is one of several similar dropdowns. I would like that if they picked one customer then the next view show should be the same customer

Am using update panel in my .aspx page .when i change the value in drop down list inside the update panel am getting the following error. am not using any response object or server object in my code.
"Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException: The message received from the server could not be parsed. Common causes for this error ...."
i am confused about the fact that if partial update of dropdowns is possible through Update Panel ,then why we should use asp.net ajax Cascading drop down extender ,that has made same task bit complex by making callback to web services ? what is difference between using update panel and cascading drop down extender ?
I want to save the position of dropped items to database[aspx,javascript]. The user can drop any number of item,resize and delete[hide] and finally when they hit 'save' button ,it should be saved to database. I have code to do this in drop /stop but it will save all the dropped items i want to save only at final stage.

SO I created a Panel to use to drag my modal popup, but any movement of it when you release the mouse it returns back to it's original position. What causes this behavior and how to stop it? Using Master Pages, but staying inside the content area.
I have a panel, inside a panel there are some checkbox and radiobuttonlist. This panel is place inside an UpdatePanel ajax.
When I click on a checkbox, it will raise autopostback with ajax supported, then the scrollbar of the panel always move back to the first position. It does not keep the current scrolling position.
