Any Free Reporting Control To Display Financial Statements?

I need to display many pages of financial statements on ASP.net and I have already had these numbers stored in database. I tried to use Gridview but it is very hard to display the sums etc and we have to write code for every subtotal which takes me forever. I decided not to use Gridview but just wondering what free reporting control to use for my scenario.
What I need to do on the page is to present income statements like this:-
Sales Revenue 2000
Cost of Sales 1000
----------
Gross Profit (calculated field) 1000 (=2000-1000)
Admin Cost 200
----------
Net Profit 800 (Calculated Field = 1000-200)
======
The above is over-simplified version and there are many many sub-totals in my page.
All I have is Microsoft Access datasbase and I don't have full version of VS 2008 so I don't have crystalreport.
Is there way I can have free crystal report or any kind of open source reporting control that work well with ASP.net ?

I'm using the 'Configure Data Source' wizard to connect to my database and show the dataset in Gridview. I want to be able to update, insert and delete entries but am unsure how to build the query. I can write simple update statments to change database entries but how can I do this for entries that have been changed within the gridview?

I realise this is a fairly common question, but I have read this forum, and many other sources - and simply cannot resolve this.I have a website - www.domain.com, hosted by ASPHostCentral. Reporting Services is on my account.service web service URLThe report manager URL is http://ssrs.domain.com/reportsmanager My reports and connection live in a folder called "Matthew McNally".ASPHostCentral setup a user and password, and I can visit both of those sites, enter the username and password, and view the sites. I can upload a test report, and view it in both sites.I cannot get a web page with a reportviewer control on it to display the report - due to the 401 error message.

I am wondering if the Microsoft Report Viewer control allows for display changes. Say for instance a user wants would like to see all the data requested then another time would like to toggle thru the pages of infomation. So does anyone know if the control allows for display changes from complete view to paginated viewing. I am using MS VS 2008 with ASP.NET 3.0.

Does anyone know of a good treeview control/libraries that is free, and fully customizable? Different nodes need to be able to have different icons/folder images. It needs dashed lines to show the parent nodes, etc, etc.

I'm looking for a free ASP.NET 2.0 ListBox control that supports display of items in two columns. It also needs to support selecting multiple items.

I am having an issue where if I click on the print icon in the report viewer embedded in an application, I get the error "unable to load client print control". However, when running through report manager, this is fine. I am running SQL Server 2005 SP3 and report viewer 9.

In my Admin page, I have a drop down list containing all current user tables in the database. The user chooses one.
My DetailsView below uses that parameter to populate itself with data from that table. The stored procedure used to select the data passes a string to sp_executesql. The string is concatenated from a select statement and the tablename parameter. Can I do something similar for Update/Delete statements? I'm not sure of the best approach, given that I won't know which/how many fields will be in the DetailsView at runtime, and which of these are keys - the choice of table depends on the user. I think Insert will be straightforward - am I right? I would like to streamline things as far as possible. Is it possible to dynamically pass in the values in, say, a string, and get my stored procedure to understand them? And what's the best method of grabbing the values from the DetailsView in this situation?

i want to design a stock financial report system and fortunately i hooked in the database design part. The report is made up of different sector and under the sectors thier are companies. All sectors have some unique entry fields which makes it different from the other. for example banking sector is different from insurance sector because there are entries that differ. My problem is how to create a non-redundant database that features all the sectors and companies. the idea i thought is to make a table for every sector and i found out that with these idea i wil have some relational issues for example in each sector i will have company id as primary so in establsiing relation i will hav constraint.
how to design a non-redundant databse with respect to these subject.

I can display reports as pdf's through the code no problem but my aim is to be able to display multiple reportviewer reports in 1 pdf but even when I fill the memorystream with 2 lot's of reports, it still only displays one as a pdf.

I have a report using an image control that needs to display an image inside subfolder "ImagesInstitutionLogos".
On properties of image control i have the following properties set:
MIMEType= "image/png"
Source = Database
Value ="ImagesInstitutionLogos" +Fields!InstitutionID.Value+".png"
Inside subfolder "ImagesInstitutionLogos" each image is named with a number which represents Fields!InstitutionID.,(ex, 1.png, 2.png, 10.png)
However, when i run the report the image just displays an X,
