this error message appeared after i transfered the web application into another server and run it

I have created an application which runs fine in VS2010.Now i am trying to host that application using inetmgr.When i try to browse the page from inetmgr content view then i get the "Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified".If i browse the page from VS i am able to do it.I am not able to host the app. may be the reason is the above stated error.

I just migrated myDocuments folder to a new laptop (windows 7, 64 bit). The visual studio project WAS working on my desktop computer (windows XP pro).
Runtime error is:

It references the config file, so I am looking to see if I need to add something in there or what?
I keep getting this strange error (below) on my local machine on the first time the page loads,
Then if I reload it - it loads correctly...
What is really strange is that it does not happen on the server (same settings)

This is VS2010.I created the blank project with VS2010 and then copied the code (without Web.config) from the old project.

I've got an ASP.NET website that has abotu 10 projects makign it up which are compiled into DLLS and in the bin directory. ReportingContents is one of these projects. In the past I have had success in copying over a new version of the files (dll, pdb and xml) to the bin directory and recycled the app pool and it just picks up the new version on its own. This time I thought "I shouldn't have a debug version on the site" so I built as release and just copied up the dll and xml files and asked our deployment people to remove the pdb.When I was told it was all done I tried to access the site and got the above error message.The thing that surprises me is that the assembly it mentions is "Delete ReportingContents" and I don't know where the "Delete " might have come from in there.

I have the application running on the live server now, but we are migrating to a new server and they asked that I load this application on that server. I loaded the files and am working my way though the asembly errors (the new server is 64 bit so I had to tell the application pool to allow for 32 bit applications)
But then this happend and I got the error above and didn't know what to do.
I had this dll set to copy local, but after I got this I set that back to false. It works on both my dev server and my live server. Both running windows server 2008 and IIS7.

I have developed a Web application in VS2008. It works perfectly on my development PC. Set the reference to Copy Local - VS2008 does not allow Copy Local for ASP.NET references, just for WinForms references.Copy mshtml.dll into the installation directory - I have tried 3 different versions of the file, both in the root directory and /bin/, under both the names "mshtml.dll" and "Microsoft.mshtml.dll". None work.install the Interoperability Assemblies from Visual Studio onto the server by running "vs_piaredist.exe" - I don't have admin access to the server and the hosting company won't do it.

I also used crystal report.(Is there is anything to do with it?)
I have a .net web application hosted in Sharepoint 2007. Recently I added a page to launch an application(.exe) from the code behind of a .aspx page. The applicatoin is launched when I test it on my desktop(without Sharepoint).
