I have below code structure and don't know why div cannot show when click on it???

I am using gridview for my application, in the grid i am using dropdown list for two columns ,It's working when i run my application but when i am edit application ddl can't show the editable data ( it show only select).And one more thing that two columns are interrelated , one ddl(Itemgroup) is connected with(ItemName).

in the gridview,have an AutoGenerateEditButton,when user click on edit buttoncolumn A will show out dropdownlist (Y/N) to select then it able to update to the database.can i do like when user selected "Y" in the dropdownlist column B can automatically update also. based on the selected value.Y - agree,N- disagree user selected Y in column A column B automatically input text "agree"i dont know how to google about this issue.

I want to show 10 rows in listview on page load and at bottom of listview search result, a linkbutton indicating there are more rows as per this search criteria.
If user click this linkbutton next 10 rows will be shown with addition of first 10 result that means listview show 20 result. Now If there are more result linkbutton will display show more else linkbutton will be hide.
I am able to bind 10 rows on listview but when I click on linkbutton next page with only 10 rows is shown , it doesn't display 20 result on same page. How I can handle this , I also tried with this link that show data on scroll but unable to do.

i have form thats in a master page, and the controls are created dinamicly.
i have a textbox that set a value that comes from a database.
when i clic a button in the vb page, i have a new value to show, but when i set the new value for the textbox, show the first one.

I have a "Save" button in my asp.net (VB.Net 3.5) page. When clicked it saves data in the database and redirects to another page. Before it redirects, I have to show a popup messagebox informing the clients that the data has been saved. The popup box will have a "OK" button. Only when this button is clicked, the page should be redirected to another page.
If I used Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript to register a javascript to show an alert message, it is never shown and page is redirected straightaway. Similar behavior happens when I tried to show a mesage box by creating it through a server control as described
