Jan 10, 2013i am having two logins,one login for employee and another login for hr,hr wants to create the payslip for every month,if the HR created the payslip for the particular employee,once created the payslip,the employee can login in his account ,if payslip is created it will be displayed in the gridview,in that gridview i provide a print option,,,and pass the employee id using the eval..my problem is,,if the particulare employee having the payslips details in the gridview,it will be order by month wise,if the user wants to take the print,if the employee want to take the print for the month of february,,when the employee clicks the print option by mistake january month record is printed,,i need to print februry as per the employee selection,,,this is my code,form1.aspxin gridview all the months of salary details will be displayed,

Aug 22, 2010In my app, I am displaying an Rss Feed, I have a button that takes the user to another form where they can select a them. Upon selecting the theme, they are taken back to the original form.
If the user has selected which theme they want to view then they click on the button to change theme, I need to pass the information about what rss feed they were viewing through session so that once they select the theme they want they are redirected back to the main page and the rss feed they were viewing should still be displayed.
Since I've already bound the data to the xmlDataSource and DataList I am trying the following:
Session.Add("CurrentRssFeed", XmlDataSource1.DataFile);
Session.Add("CurrentDataList", DataList1);
I'm not sure I am passing the data over correctly and I'm not sure how to specify it in the page_preinit.

Nov 9, 2010I also have a working application that popukates my datagrid with valid data rows from my DataBase. What I cant figure out is how to get each of the hyperlink lables to NAVIGATE to the correct and corresponding aspx page!
For example I have 5 rows in the datagrid and each row has its own hyperlink, each row contains contact and a short profile on 5 diffrent companies. For example when i click on let say row 3 that has (eg) Jimmy's Big Prawn's Restaurant listed in the the datagrid, I want to be navigated to a webform page dedicated to Jimmy's Big Prawn Restaurant.

I am guesing it has to do with the bolded text above, but "details.aspx" is just an empty webform, I would like the hyperlink to point to (eg) JimmBigPrawnRestaurant.aspx.
