Forms Data Controls :: Search Multiple Words Into Textbox And Populate All Records In Gridview

I have a textbox and a gridview which is bound to a table what I want to achieve is a solution where lets say there are two records - e.g. "1. Book and 2. Red", i want a user to type in those words and the gridview shows the results as followed;
1. Book
2. Red
I have set up the sql data source and everything and my like operator is this.
I have been stuck on an issue that is driving me mad and I bet its simple. I have a Textbox with a gridview and a LINQ statement in code behind that populates the data source of the gridview at page load.
The Textbox is used as a filter for the where clause in the Linq statement. All works as expected however I want to be able to use more than one word as a filter. This is the problem. I take the textbox string and convert to an array
Dim aryTextFile() As String = SearchString.Split(",")
But I need to figure how to pass the values of the array as parameters for the Linq Statement. I need to return all rows that have either a match for LocationName AND/OR Address AND/OR City. I thought of something like this but it fails.

how to use a multiline text box that i could copy data into. Lets say addresses one on each line and then click submit and have it display those records in the database (SQL) in a gridview?
I tried to modify downloaded code from URL... to use with content pages/ master page by placing javascript at master page and put below code at the content page, But the when i type somethng on the text nothing filters. How to filter gridivew using master page.
* txtSearch => text box created at the top of gridview.
Below query brings data to the gridivew on page load.

I have a gridview with textbox and that textbox is for searching. My question is do you know how to search with all fields in gridview.For example: I have a gridview contains, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME, and LAST NAME, and if I type in the textbox the gridview will automatically get what I've inout in textbox.

The Search.aspx has a SqlDataSource that get that querystring and search on 3 DBs for just 1 word. I was wondering how i could implement if i want to search for multiple words on that Textbox txtSearch. Could i use the SqlDataSource for that or should i use LINQ or another component ?
I am developing a message pool means like a Facebook when we click on above  message icon all message show in list   .then click on the sender name all message show that person. For
That kind of message poll am developed two pages one page is sender and the other one is receiver .when I send message from sender page it will be saved into data base and show into other pages text box.
Now problem is that the receiver pages cannot show all messages .it will show one first message which are saved into database.

i have a gridview inside an edittemplate formview control in a master/detail scenario
so in the formview i have some comboboxs/datepicker/..etc corresponding to the master table
and a gridview corresponding to the detail table
in this gridview i enabled multi editing of rows like in this article[URL]
the problem is that even i change the values on the gridview , if i click the update button of the formview the "details table" changes isn't submited to the database

Using vb.net/asp.net 2005 and sql server mgmt studio 2005.
I am querying sql server db and returning unique records, no duplicates when I return the records in sql server mgmt studio.
However when I bind the dataTable that I return it is showing multiple duplicates, meaning I see each record appear 8 times in the gridview, has anyone seen this or know what I'm doing wrong?
