How To Localize The Controller Names And Actions In MVC Application

I'd like to fully localize my ASP.NET MVC application, and while there are many articles that deal with the various pitfalls of ASP.NET MVC localization, none of them deals with an aspect that I want to deal with, and that is the localization of URLs, including the controller names and actions.
I would like a way to specify the strings that should appear instead of the controller name and action name in the URL, for example in a resource file.
I am trying to read the response of ResultView in the action of some controller. I need to process the response before returning the ResultView. I am trying the following code:

Whenever I read writer, I get empty string though no exceptions occur.
quick question: I have a view on my HomeController which is used to create a new 'model'. This view posts to a different controller to keep things tidy. The problem I am having is when I enter invalid details into the form, the rules I specified never seem to make it back to the original view and thus my validation messages or summary never get populated. Is there a way around this because I am using a view model with two IEnumerable lists in it.

The above works for actions but I would like to be able to do the same (or similar) for controllers, ie have a hyphen in the URL name too. Is there any easy way to achieve this (I tried the ActionName attribute but no luck)

We are using ASP.Net Membership provider for user management module in our WPF based application. It seems to be working fine. But now we want to localize our WPF application, and don't know how to do that with respect to the data stored as part of Membership Provider. Is Localization supported by Membership Provider ?
I am getting an exception that child actions are not allowed to perform redirect actions. Although I can understand that this might is true in most situations I do believe that the framework might allow this to pass when a Child Action is calling another child action like in this example:

I need to log every user-action taken on a database using the username of the person logged into my ASP.net application as the identifier in the log. What is the easiest way to do this? I guess that for every method call to my data access layer I need to log the parameters of that call and the username and then call a new "log event" method that writes the details of the call to a table. Am I on the right track?

I have been working with this database for some time. Here is the situation...
I inherited a MS SQL database that has hundreds of tables with similar data. For instance:
FordTampa_customer is a table,
ChevyAtlanta_customer is a table, etc....
All of the columns are the same...just different tables with their own ID field. All I have done...Inside of another database id is created a table called 'Customer' and added an 'Dealer ID' column along with the rest of the other columns in the other tables...
So the combination of the 'Dealer ID' and the 'ID' field are unique.....I know...its not the best way to do things...but I cannot change the old data structure because I cannot have access to it. I am give back-ups on a weekly basis, so this is all I have to work with.
All right, on to the real point of my post...
Currently, I have an application that I use to select all of the data from the 'Ford_customers','Chevy_customers',etc... and inserts them into my new main 'Customer' table. I do this by selecting the table names, bind it to an arraylist, loop through the list and execute an insert statement.
I do this in VB.NET, but I would prefer to do it in a Stored procedure of some kind....I just am not sure how to accomplish it. I use this syntax to get my list of tables:

I am not sure how to take those names from the table and do another select based on that list of names.
UML and Patterns: An Introduction to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and Iterative Development, that follows the UP(Unified Process). It uses a Grasp Controller pattern to interact with domain classes by some methods like NewSale(), AddNewItemToSale() and CloseSale. In windows form, I can instantiate a object of this class in the UI and then use its methods to perform the actions. This works well in Client apps, but when I use asp.net mvc, I cannot find a way to instantiate an object (one for each user) that was always visible for a Controller (MVC). I cannot insert as an attribute inside Controller because it always create a new one.
I'm working with a client that wants the URLs in our web application to be in French. I'm an English developer and we also have English clients. This is an interesting problem is there something int the ASP.NET MVC Framework that would enable me to do this?

So in MVC my Area, Controller and Actions all need to have both English and French translations.Obviously maintainability would be a HUGE issue if I were to go and hardcode all my Controllers, Views and Action names to French. Is there anyway to localize the route that is presented in the browser without doing this? Keeping in mind there are lots of different routes in the application. A couple Areas each with a handful of Controller each with many Actions?

I have a question about YUI. I am using YUI calendar component in my website project. I insert the codes inside ASP as javascript. (like that [URL]) Now, i am about to hearing your questions, i am answering them immediately. Yes, this link explains how lo localize YUI calendar, but, it does not work for me. Because, it is static. I want to localize it dynamically. It should depend on user's browser language. For example, if the user's browser language is Deutsch, it is supposed to display 'samstag', if it is English, it is supposed to display 'saturday'.
