i use panel that a textbox is in it and i rounded it by ajax toolkit roundcorner when i click on textbox the bordercolor change but pointer that appear for writing comes on second click how can i solve that?i mean on the first click panel border change on second click pointer of writing appear in textbox

the image is my button, and that is the JQuery that handles the button click. when you hover your mouse over the image, it stays as the basic arrow pointer. How do I make it change to a hand so the user knows they can click on it?

I have an IF statement set up which seems to work as it compiles and i have the results write into a variable. How to write French accent characters such as - é - in ASP/HTML text box? I can copy and paste it in the text box like I did now - so there is nothing wrong with the encoding - but the problem is how to type it (write it!). I also know that é in HTML mean é but cant know how this may help.

I need this to work without JS as well, which is why I still generate the HREF on the links, so I'm just intercepting the click and then invoking the parent click which in turn toggles the accordion header.
This works in IE but no Firefox, Chrome.
I have a link button in a repeater control. the li element is drag and droppable using jquery. when the page loads the the link button works perfectly, the jquery that is attached and the server side code both execute. when I perform a drag and drop then click on the link button it doesnt not fire. when i click it a second time it does fire. If i perform 2 or drag and drops in a row the link button doesnt fire a as many drag adn drops as i before it will fire. for example if if perform 3 drag and drops then it will take about 3 click before the events are fired.

I have a Rad Grid and I simply want the cursor to be a pointer on hover of every row. I've tried Css classes and it hasn't worked. I know there is a simple solution, i just don't know how to do it. Below is what i've tried

my home page contain a search textbox with text "Enter key word", and i want this text will be flush if any one click on that text box.
i am using Asp.net Chart and showing bar chart. i used dataPoint.MapAreaAttributes to call a JS func(which retrieves the ID) to show next chart on click of a particular bar in the existing chart. but i am unable show hand pointer on mouse over the particular bar on the chart. And when i use Datapoint.Url which is changing the mouse pointer to hand on mouseover the bar but i am unable to call the JS func. how to show Hand pointer on mouseover of a particular bar?

I've found posts about making a click event with jQuery for a button, however I need a little more then that. When any postback occurs on a page, I need to fire off a jQuery click event. Based on a condition, I want to continue processing (including running the server-side event code after the jQuery code), or, perform a redirect. I'm not quite sure how to go about this.
View 1 RepliesI like to change the mouse as hourglass when the user click on the "search" button until the data is loaded in a datagrid. Then change the cursor back to default. I found many posts to change the cursor to hourglass but found nothing to change it back again to default after firing the button code. So I tried the following in the page_load() event,

It works fine, the mouse changes to hourglass when i click the button and then once the datagrid is loaded it is changing it back to pointer but when i move the cursor it is again changing back to hourglass. it looks like it is working but not.
I need to change the mouse pointer style to "HAND" like looking thing when i hover my mouse over accordian control or rather an accordian pane.How can i do that?
