when ever i click on the delete button,then one Message box should come, it must ask "Are You sure Do YOU want to delete this record?" it should have two options YES and NO ,if i click YES the Record should be delete and if I click on NO ,the record will not be deleted. how can i do this in C#.net and in asp.net.?

My scenario is like this:
When the user click on a button, it will dynamically generate a .xls and prompt the user to download.I have used transmitfile but it doesn't allows the file to be deleted. I have also used outputstream.write but it doesn't delete the file after flush. Instead it will hold onto the .xls and no modification can be done to the file.

What I am trying is, whenever user enters his Name and Address into the textbox on the webpage, I am going to displaying it in a Gridview. Now if second member will do the same thing thing the GridView will be updated and his Name and Address will display in second row and likewise for other users. But what happened in my code is when second user will try to add his record, it remove the record of first user and add the record of second at row1. First, I have a physicians only component of our employee portal to allow access to only physician shareholders or physician non-shareholders. My structure is built like:

Administration
Affiliations
Calendars

The Affiliations folder is only going to be accessible by the physician shareholders. Therefore, I have security roles set for Physicians Only and Affiliations. When I test, the security is set correctly on the folders. However, when I try to login as different people, all with different roles, I have to login with user name and password, twice, before the system allows me in.
Secondly, I have secured areas within the employee portal also. However, when I navigate to them, the system doens't usually prompts me to login. If it does prompt me to login, it too, is on the second try. So how does it know who I am? And more importantly, how do I get the system to actually prompt the user to login with their credentials?
I want to prompt the user when 2minutes will left in session timeout. If user press Yes it refreshes its current session without losing the form data if user select No then it logout its session. I want to know how to capture that two minutes are remaining and how to refresh the current session without losing form data. A friend of mine gave me this task so I can learn advance programming a little bit easier. I am currently doing convertion of an html page to pdf using itext sharp and email the pdf as an attachement. My idea is to save the pdf first to the server machine in the folder name ToBeEmailedPDF folder before using it as an email attachment. I have an Intranet web site that uses Windows Authentication and when a users password expires the do not get a prompt letting them reset it. We also have OWA and if they go there to check mail, it sends them to a page which allows them to reset it there. How can I trap for expired passwords and allow them to change it like they can with OWA?

I am building an application that allows a user to upload multiple images, resizes them, and saves them. What I need (ok, what I'd like) is the following...
I would like some sort of way to prompt a user to crop the photos after they have been saved. I have code that creates a 175px square rectangle and saves that image. I need the user to select the image section they want saved and to do so I envision a window that automatically prompts them to do so once the upload(s) have completed. I think my preference would be to have a page or control (datalist, repeater, ectc..) that refreshes every time an image is saved and allows the user to crop the newly saved images. I'm opened to advice, opinions, free drinks and a clue.
