how to Export Sql Table into XML File into following Format. Eg

I have a web page with a GridView and a table outside the gridview to display more information of the record when it is selected (like record details). I'm using data of five tables for this particularly window. I use one table of the five to bind the gridview the other tables are for the details, but I use like 1 or 2 fields of those tables. I'm binding the page with web services. I need some advice on which is the better way for doing this to make a faster web page.
In sql server I made a view with the five tables (all the tables relations are working perfectly). In the web service I call the view; and in the web page I call the web service to bind the page. Everything is working. All I want to do is retrieve from the server all the necessary data only once when the page loads and bind the five tables data (like 18 fields total) in the gridview which I only show 12 fields the other 6 fields are hidden, those 6 are for the details which I get with jQuery (that's another topic). Bind everything only once and manage the data on client side. Everything is working perfectly. Here is my doubt.
How are the maximum table joins I can make? To retrieve the data via web and not get a server time out error. Which is a better way to make a faster page? Make 2 views one for the gridview and one for the details and put each view in a web service; or make one view with all the table joins and one web service. Right now all is working but I have to make other pages that use different tables and joins and I don't know if the server gets me the time out error when the page is fully working.

I have tried using GridView control to display the data from SqlDataSource control but there are just so many columns and one of the fields contains a lot of texts so using GridView control to display the data does not look look since it goes out of the master template. I have tried using GridView control to display my data and use the following code to export as Excel but in case, there are just so many columns.

I am trying to export images from my SQL server to SSIS's Flat file destination but keep getting the same error: Error 0xc0208030: Data Flow Task: The data type for "input column "image_full" (105)" is DT_IMAGE, which is not supported. Use DT_TEXT or DT_NTEXT instead and convert the data from, or to, DT_IMAGE using the data conversion component. (SQL Server Import and Export Wizard) The data type is IMAGE in SQL DB. I would like to export the image and save the same in local folder. Is their any way to perform this task using SSIS flat file destination? What is the best and easiest way to do this? I am using bulk insert concept to export the data from dat file to tables(Two tables). I am using the temporary table for to do the calculation and insertion to two tables. My problem is whenever I selecting the temp table data after the execution of bulk insertion , the order is changing .I need to get the order as it is in file order(csv,dat,txt).

I've just taken over looking after a website and well to be honest the way it's been put together is not the best, but I have to make do as the client does not have the money to make major changes.Anyway currently there is data stored in a MsSQL database and some in an XML file. The xml file does have a ContentID attribute which matches the ContentID in a table.Not really done much with XML as I tend to use a database and LINQ.What would be the best way to tie these two together so I could output the results in a gridview for example.

I am using asp.net oledb to export information to excel file. I encounter problems when the information to export becomes too big, in this case the code I have given below, the excel file generated becomes an empty spreadsheet. If I changed the loop to 1123 for insertion of the rows. The generated excel file is fine, 1125 rows, and 4 columns shown. A test program in windows form is also working fine regardless of how many rows.
Code has been simplified, "information ..." in the sql insertion command represents 1803 characters.

I couldn't find a solution to my problem as well. What I did eventually was to run the process using another separate windows service. The code works perfectly fine running from a windows form or service program, but not asp.net, not sure why.
