SQL Server :: Migrate Data Form One Database To Another Database?

m stuck at one place...i want to tranfer data from one database-1 to another database-2...both databases are for different web application.
Currently i am doing the same using dataset..but the problem is that when Large amount of data is coming in dataset so during the tranfer of data server gives me a Time out Error.
And another thing i am not want to utillise a server memory because there is Lacs of data into the Database for migrate.
i made an asp page for registration with the following fields name, address etc. i also created database in sql server. how to save these field data in my database.

I have a c# window form application (which is basically a game).And an ASP.NET Website. the window form application has a database with a table that contains the username and his cash. The asp.net database has a table that contains the username and his cash.Now I want to sync between to the two servers. After filling all the required information in any registration form, I want to capture the Date of submitting the form in Sql Server 2005 how to achieve this using Asp.net C#?
I have used Expression Web to create a website with a standard .ASP form that saves data into an Access database using standard HTML controls. This works fine except there is no validation of the fields. A user can enter anything to get past the form.
I want to use ASP.NET to validate all of the fields in the form and then save to the same Access database. When I rename the webpage from .ASP to .ASPX, I am able to get the validation controls working properly by changing HTML controls to ASP.NET controls.
However, I cannot figure out how to get the form data submitted into the Access database because the code to connect to the database was removed when I inserted the first ASP.NET control.
What am I missing? It seems like a simple task but I haven't been able to figure it out. I have a couple books and they don't answer the question. Can someone guide me in the right direction?
I have a local database which is updated regularly. Now I need a good way to reflect the local database changes into the remote sql server. Both the server have same database structure.
All the above pocess should work automatically from the local database server because I need to update the remote one so that the website visitor can get the updated results in the morning.I need a detailed description/ procedure to accomplish the work.

when make buakup to my data base and open the database digram this error appear : Database diagram support objects cannot be installed because this database does not have a valid owner. I am working in a school and we recently installed a new server running WinServer 2008R2. I want to be able to point people to a URL on our intranet and have them fill out a simple registration form and have this data written to a database. It would also be nice to have some data auto-populate (such as their name).
Is it overkill to set up a sharepoint server and try to do this with Access Webforms? Could I use something like dotnetnuke and find a module that works? Or how about options for writing custom forms?

The first time I visit the site and attempt a database connection I get this error:
Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'.
But when I refresh, it all works fine. I'm at a bit of a loss. I don't believe I'm attempting to create a database, but I realise that the error may not really have anything to do with that. This is hosted at GoDaddy shared hosting. The database was created and I used an SQL script to create the tables initially and populate the data. My connection string works as I can pull data from the database, but I do have a feeling it will be a web.config setting that will correct this.
i am trying to restore database.bak in sql server 2005 (i know the database.bak was also generated in sql 2005 server)
i am trying to restore back up database .bak into the new database i just created in sql server 2005i have saved my database .bak into c drive and when i select database .bak "From Device", it doesn't get populated in the list below and i see nothing and it keeps on prompting a message"You must select a restore source"

I have created a web application and an SQL database using Web Developer 2010 Express. I have SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server Management Studio Express. In order to deploy the database to my hosting space I need to create a .BAK file from my new database. I think I can do this from with the Management Studio, but can't figure out how to get it to connect to the database. I have used Management Studio before to retore another SQL database and the only connection I see when I open the Management Studio is the old connection to the old database. How do I connect to my new database?
I created web form which gets data from local database (SQLEXPRESS). It gives me an error when I publish the website. I can upload regular aspx page into my site. It works fine. How can I publish data-driven web form into my website?
there is a textbox and button control. On button click event content of textbox is submitted to database and javascript alert is displayed. Now the problem is- If I am refreshing the page using F5 then same value of textbox is being submitted into database and javascript alert is coming again.
I am new to AJAX. I am designing a feedback form for a video conferencing session in asp.net web application which will be displayed as a modal window. The questions on the modal window will be displayed from a table stored on SQL Server 2008 and the responses of those questions should again be stored back in a different table on SQL Server after user clicks on the SUBMIT button on the modal window (and also, the window should close after the action).
I am not aware of the way to retrieve data from or store data to SQL server from modal window though I know how to retrieve and store data using asp.net and c#...
