Security :: Execute Schtasks.exe On Server From Client?

I have an ASP.NET site on Windows Server 2008 (with is domain controller) and IIS7. The site is in a Pool which identidy is "ApplicationPoolIdentity"
I need to allow the user on my site to execute Schtasks.exe whith some arguments. but this doesn't work whithout error message.
I am sure it because user right, I won't to change the ApplicationPoolIdentity to "LocalService" or "NetworkService".
I try to launch Schtasks.exe whith code like this :

what is the best way to allow asp.net application to execute EXE on server with the minium right. ?

i am not sure if my design have flaw but would like to know what others have to say, i am in a situation where i am trying to acheive two things in one click.
using : asp.net web form
i have a web form with few textbox and a gridview control and a button.
if i click on the button i am executing two things
1) asynchronously get data from server to client (working great) and able to display the data in the textboxes.
2) same click i want to bind the gridview.

1) jquery script execute asynchronously to get data from server to client and display in the textboxes
2) server side code to bind the gridview.
PROBLEM:
if i have onClientClick="return LoadDataById(); then it executes ONLY ajax code and does not execute server side but if have onClientClick="LoadDataById(); then it executes client and server but textbox value wipeout. (the textbox value popuplate through ajax)

I am looking through a sql stored procedure which I might need to update in the near future. Basically the stored procedure is about 20 lines long. The stored procedure first builds a query
and stores it in a variable named "@Sql". And then for the last two lines of the stored procedure it appears that the big sql statement stored in "@Sql" is executed by using the "EXEC" command. See below. What is confusing though is that the query appears to be exectuted twice? Why was the query written in this way. Don't both lines do the same thing? Why is it being done twice? Could this possibly be a mistake on the
part of the person who wrote the query. Below are the two lines I am talking about?
EXEC sp_executesql @sql
EXEC (@sql)

I would like to identify users that connect on a intranet web server (IIS) with client certificates.
I've set up a CA server on a Windows 2003 server pc. On my development pc, i've a windows xp with a web server (IIS) running.From my web server, i generated a certificate request (i specified the netbios name of my web server because this setup is for an intranet), i used that request to generate a web server certificate and i installed it on my IIS to allow SSL connection. . Now, i can connect with https to my web server from an internet explorer. I configured the web server to 'require client certificates'.
I would like to authenticate the users with a client certificate installed on each users pc. My CA server allows users to request a client certificate (domain user) from the CA server just by typing the url of the CA server and click 'User Certificate', 'submit' and then 'Install this certificate'.
In order to test my setup, i opened a Internet Explorer from a pc which resides in the domain and i requested and installed the user certificate. Then i connected to my web server and i get a window with the title "Choose a digital certificate". This window is always empty and never proposes the client certificate i previously installed on the user pc.
I've no idea of what i missed during my setup. I'm still wondering how the browser knows how to select which certificate must be displayed according to the url typed in the address bar.

I need to run the HttpContext.Current.Server.Execute method in my ASP.NET application. This application has a WCF operation that does some processing. Currently, I am to do my processing correctly from within my WCF operation. However, I would like to do this asynchronously.
In an error to attempt this asynchronously, I tried running Server.Execute in the DoWork event handler of a BackgroundWorker. Unfortunately, this throws an error that says
"object reference not set to an instance of an object" The HttpContext element is not null. I checked that. It is some property nested in the HttpContext object that appears to be null. However, I have not been able to identify why this won't work. It happens as soon as I move the processing to the BackgroundWorker thread.
My question is, how can I asynchronously execute the Server.Execute method?

Basically I want to get some javascript to be sent back to the client and executed from a postback inside an UpdatePanel. Furthermore this is inside of a reusable WebControl. I've tried
this.Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript and this.Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock but Firebug shows that those scripts aren't sent back in the postback's response.
I also tried straight up writing a <script> tag inside the control's main div in the Render method, which does get sent back but isn't executed. I got a hacky solution working, but ideally looking for a cleaner solution. The hack is to add a 1x1 pixel img with width/height set to 0 and use that for an onload event to execute the script and that works, but it seems like there has to be a cleaner way to do this.

I'm using asmx web service to lock a folder on remote computer!
When I run web service on local machine everything working fine, but when I run it on remote computer nothing happen, folder on remote computer stay unlock!
I supose that I need to set security permission for this web service on remote computer, but i don't know where! So, what I need to enable executing this service on remote computer?

I have a web app that needs to do two things at the same time. After a user clicks a button on the site, a javascript function needs to execute and while thats working I need the server side code for the button click to execute without waiting on the client side to finish.
To be more specific, the client side function takes about 23 seconds to complete, and while that is running the server side code promts the user for printing a document. So I need the javascript to run "in the background".

i have made one web site which is generating screensaver(MSI) dynamically.So to generate the MSI file i have to build a WIX project.So i executed using batch file which will use MSBuild.exe and cmd prompt. so its gave me an error "Access is Denied". i have also tried by making a windiws service but still the same error occurs.

If I have something like the following:

if in the code behind, I set the label to "You must enter a value if the textbox is empty" to validate it on the server side and this is fine, but if javascript is enabled, I don't want to show the client side validation and the server side label together. Is this something where I would just have to disable the client-side validators if javascript was enabled?

I'm trying to understand how to execute AJAX animation on an asp button that has to execute code on Postback. In other words, I have button with code behind that needs to be excuted, but at the same time want to be able to have one of animation extenders be applied to it. I understand that I need to use the BeginRequest Event, I'm just not sure how, or which javascript commands to use to call the ajax animation so the postback will still occur.

We've got a client app which connects using TCP to a server. Additionally, the client app makes use of .NET remoting to talk to another piece of locally running code.
I'm tasked with creating a "Client Simulator" to do some testing, where we'd need to have 100's of clients connected simultaneously to the server. Ideally, this would work out great if I were to run each client in it's own space, such as a VM, but this is not logistically feasible.
how to handle this? Is there a tool that could do something like this? Or some sort-of .NET concept I could use?

I try to execute the "cmd.exe" program whith some argument. After see lot of website, I try to use impersonnation like [URL] After hours, I see I can launch cmd.exe only without argument but I see also in my Windows Server 2008 R2 task manager, the process cmd.exe is run under "test" account. I don't have user name "test" but it is the name of my ApplicationPool in IIS this is my code to launch CMD.EXE
