VS 2008 Upload Multiple Files - Store All Info In Database?

I have an entity called a file which is the main part of my project. The file has invoices and timesheets captured against it. So I have a file tab with info about the file, like FileNumber, Vessedl, Voyage etc. Now I need to be able to upload documents for the file. So I will add an uploads tab. But the uploaded documents need to be saved for the specified file the user uploads it for. then when a user opens a file I need to show the documents for that file in a list of some sort. the best way to do this. What's the best way to upload multiple files? should I store all the info in my database?

I want to make a website that has many files and the user can use it to download the files. Also, the admin can upload any file. How I can save the files so the file will be exist when the user download it and where I can put the file when the admin upload it?
i have some files, and i need to upload these files into sql server 2008 by using filestream. lets take table name as custfiles,columns are fileid,filename,filepath,filesize.

good way to upload multiple files at the same time? I currently am able to upload one file at a time, but would like to be able to select them all and then upload. Right now i am using asp: FileUpload control to upload the files, I know I could just use several of these and then loop them in the code behind to upload, but the pages I am working on have different amount of images to upload.
I have worked on 2 so far, and the first page I had to upload 12 items, while the second page I had 9 to upload. So i don't want to have a ton of these on the screen. Is there anyway i could use a ListBox or something to load them all in the listbox then loop through the box? I would prefer to have a listbox or textbox even, then have like 12 FileUpload's on the page.
Now my requirement is Multiple file upload code should be in the usercontrol but when click in the btnSubmit from aspx then it has to upload in folder and has to get save in DB Table.

Im currently working on a project where i have a form that users fill out in order to submit issues.My ask is to give the user the ability to upload multiple files together with the form submission and also go back each time they have an update and upload more if they need.The way i have it right now is that i only have one FileUpload Control and once the Save button is clicked the file is save in the database together with the form info.

I have a File Upload Control, so i click the 'Browse' button and when i select a file from the select file dialog, i want the file to be shown as a link below the File Upload Control( somewhat similar to gmail). This file should be seen such a way that it can be deleted, if i wanted to. Is there simply no way to grab multiple files and upload them at the same time via a webform? I have searched everywhere and I cannot find a single code example. The best that I can find is selecting one file at a time to a listbox for holding and then uploading. This is NOT going to work for me.

in my system folder(E:\santhu) i have flat files(.txt and .doc ) .my problem is how to read those files automatically one by one and store the data(records) in to database?
I am creating a video database .. User will upload his video.. I know the path will be store in database and video on hard disk .. How video will upload, path are set, and if possible video is downloaded.. I am not creating online streaming .. Just upload and download ..
