WCF / ASMX :: Webservice Giving Error When Creating Object

i am getting the foolowing error when i am creating object od a veb serive with asp.net. using VS 2005. i am getting the below error.

Some strange problem have occured while developing application. Some WCF webservice returns object with date property.On client this web service is called using Jquery.ajax.Then result is parsed using json2.For date I simply use following expressions: var reMsAjax = /^/Date((d|-|.*))[/|\]$/; a = reMsAjax.exec(value); if (a) var b = a[1].split(/[-+,.]/); return new Date(b[0] ? +b[0] : 0 - +b[1]); unfortunatelly if browser timezone differs simple new Date with milliseconds not works.Time will be based on timezone.
There is an external (Java based ) web service that i am calling. I've added my service reference and verified that Reference.cs has been generated.
Then i call my service form my client website like such:

But my response object is mostly null after it receives the response. The properties that should have values do NOT.
When i look at Trace viewer, the SOAP request is correct and the SOAP response is correct. I get back a valid soap response with all the data i need it's just not making its way back to my response object. I've tried regenerating the proxy many different ways (svcutil) with no luck.

I decided to use the CalendarExtender on a project and I converted it from VS 2005 to Web Developer 2010 Express. I initially added the AJAX toolkit for ASP.NET 4.0 and the calendar extender worked fine. However, I realised that the server didn't have ASP.NET 4.0 installed and I thought it would be simpler to add the toolkit for 3.5 instead and change the target framework to 3.5. I tried and then the CalendarExtender did't work at all. When you click the textbox nothing happens. There is the error on page - 'sys.extended.ui.textboxwrapper is null or not an object'
I tried switching the project back to 4.0 and using the other one and that no longer works for some reason. The same in 2008 Web Developer Express. I've clearly done something wrong along the way, but I can't work out what it is.

I could really use some help on this one. I've been fighting it now for several days and we are supposed to start testing early next week.I am subscribing to 4 web services all hosted by the same company. I have a web application written using VS201, ASP pages, .NET 4.0, C# and now that I am getting ready to publish to the clients server I have noticed the following error...

Line 26 is the error I do not understand what or why? At the top of several pages where I use the same code segment several times I declare a new instance of the errorlog class. Now all of a sudden it is reporting it as a Compiler Warning Message it as an error for every instance where I am declaring it.
We have a website in ASP where we are having a series of errors when creating objects. We've created a number of DLLs with .NET, marked to be compatible with COM+. We have registered them on the system using the "regasm" utility from .NET with the parameter "/codebase". So far everything is fine, the problem comes when creating an object from ASP e.g: set objFoo = CreateObject("DLL.NET_COM_Compatible) That's when the error randomly jumps

The error always jumps on any page where you make a "set". At first doesn't give errors but at some point it starts to happen and in order to stop it we have to restart IIS and sometimes even the machine. This has begun to occur more often after a significant increase in visits (last month about a million). We are not sure if the reason of this errors is on some configuration of IIS or the component server or in the code itself. The website is running on IIS 6 and Windows Server 2003 r2.
I am trying to assign user control from another user control ..first time its binding control successfully but when we refresh the data its giving error

I am trying to consume a webservice. I added the web reference. But when i try to access the method, I am getting the error as:"The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized."The web service has username as "user1", password as "pass".I tried this:

I have created a webservice to populate bookmark fields in a word document with values passed out from an adobe flex app. The document is based on a .dot template that is held on a share on the server. The aspnet user has read access to the share If i run the asmx on my local machine, it all works fine. If i run the asmx when deployed to the webserver I get an error "cannot create activex component" returned. I have set impersonate = true in the web.config on the webservice that is deployed on the server. The code for the webservice itself is very simple:

I have also checked that the microsoft.office.interop.word is in the gac on the server (i am using office 2003). I really don't understand what the issue is, obviously for the application to go live the webservice will have to be deployed to the server and I am happily calling other webservices that exist on the server from my flex application with no issues.

I am currently using VS 2008 Pro for an ASP.Net class. I got VS from school as part of MSDNAA program. It is version 9.0.21022.8 with .NET framework 3.5 SP1.
My problem is that when I start it up, it does not give me the option to Create or Open a Website. It only gives me the option to Create or Open a Project. So, when I start my homework or in-class assignments, I have to press Shift+Alt+N to Create a Website.
Where the problem comes in is after I start working on the website, I hit Save and it changes it to a Solution. This seemed to have caused a problem with BIND commands being lost in my last homework assignment. Is there something wrong with my install or a setting I can change? I'd rather not reinstall it unless I have to since it is such a pain to uninstall it in the first place.
iam using calender control in asp.net 2.0 as it is using master pages.. iam opening a window form content pages.. on window.close it is giving me null object as its not getting form name code on content page:
whenever i needed to test my web site, i used to press ctrl and f5. i recently installed installed iis service. kept an html page accessed it from host kept an fully developed default.aspx page in the www directory tried to access gave error of XML something....that means i can only use HTML pages, ? so what to do if i am using c# asp.net? current i do not have the computer with iis installed so i cannot post the exact error message it was something like can not render XML (then it said something like unknown line)
