I am getting close to finishing my page. It is now fully functional minus validation which I don't expect problems with.In one of the dropdownlists on the page, I will need it to display the date (month/year).It is taking its values from a table in an access database with two fields - "DateID" and "Interval". The DateID and Interval fields do not change - they have set values so when I bind the dropdown list to the table in the database, I am only able to show the value of the rows in the table: 25, 26, 27, 28 - up to 32. I will need to associate these numbers from the dateID field to the current month, the following month and on.
I have 3 drop down lists for days,months and years,also i have a textbox to show the selected values from the 3 drop down lists when i select a month it shows in textbox and if i select another month it shows in textbox beside the first selected month.i want not to repeat the values in textbox.
i have a dropdownlist in my asp.net+vb web. i want to display current date and 5 previous dates.(eg if today is 12 jan 2013 the dropdownlist should display 08 Jan 13 to 12 jan 13. my code is in vb
I have a window that has 3 dropdownlist controls and a textbox with a Calendar Extender associated to it.
I have the following on my pageload event so when the Page loads the current Date is put in the date textbox:

I can change the date fine but when I select a value from one of the other dropdownlist controls it puts the date back to today's date...The only place I am setting the Date to the current date is in the pageload event...
how can I get it to keep the date to what I change it to after I select a new value from one of the dropdown lists?
i have a gridview binded with data when i hover mouse to row i want to display a image button to display date ,and when i click the button i want to display calender control for choose date, and next step after i choose date it will be must insert into database. and mean while a hidden label control will display and date shuld be display in it
I have two pages manager and user both have drop downs as
Week, Months and Years.
User have to enter some data week wise for each months and Manager have to approve that.
To Approve manager select months and week from dropdown on his own page and then navigate to User page.
How does I should bind the drop down so that if manager select 1st week from it's page and goes to view link of user then in drop down of user selected value shold be the same as selected by Manager on his own page.
I'd like to use the jquery calendar control to populate a date into an asp.net textbox.
When the user selects a date I want the date populated in the textbox to be only Saturday dates. So if the day they select is not a Saturday I want the date of the next Saturday after the date the selected.

This one is probably snap for one for you gurus. I have a SQL table that needs to have every previous date accounted for. The user is not required to submit an entry daily, but is allowed to go back and submit when they have extra time to do so. I would like to display the next day from last date recorded in the SQL Table as a session variable, so when they go to the form to submit, the last necessary date is shown and the user knows where they left off.

I am trying to populate a dropdownlist with the current date (Month and Year only) and also the previous 9 months and year. I need it to change when a new month starts to always be the current and previous 9. Cant get my head round it.

is there an way to populate this dropdownlist dynamically from a calendar or date function so it can cater for dates up to 18 months ahead?i dont really want to populate it from database entries or hard coded list items if there is a less laborious way.
i use 2 dropdownlist with 2 object data source first dropdownlist to display departments name using object datasource (field to display DeptName , value of field DeptID)
second dropdownlist to display Employee name but depend on departments (field to display EmpName , value of field EmpID)
how to display employee name in dropdownlist depend on departments name in the other dropdownlist
2 tables
1 table deprtments with column (DeptID , DeptName , DeptDescription)
2 table Employee with column (EmpID , DeptID , EmpName)
This must be something not very difficult but I am pretty new in C# and have a problem to resolve.
I have tree dropdownlist controls. One of the control values are dates. When client selects all three drop downs then I am passing values to SQL table. Everything works but one. Date value shows 1900-01-01 instead of selected value in SQL table. I am not passing date value correctly but can't figure out how to do it.

Teh problem is when i get it to actual not have a complie error then the functionality is not correct as i am unable to "select" all from my dropdown list .
The only way i have gotten anything close to working is by removinf the % from both the filter and the default value.
