Web Forms :: Get Selected Date Value From DropDownList Control And Pass It To SQL Table?

This must be something not very difficult but I am pretty new in C# and have a problem to resolve.
I have tree dropdownlist controls. One of the control values are dates. When client selects all three drop downs then I am passing values to SQL table. Everything works but one. Date value shows 1900-01-01 instead of selected value in SQL table. I am not passing date value correctly but can't figure out how to do it.

I need to create a user control which will be loaded according to the selected value of a dropdownlist. The Dropdownlist is not the part of Control. I want to pass the value of selected value of dropdonwlist to my user control and the user control will load according to the Value. For not postback it work fine. But when the page is postback, that is when i select a item form dorpdownlist, the user control is not loaded.

I wanted to know if it is possible to pass multiple selected values from Checkboxlist to SQL table so each selections goes into separate row in the table.
I tried it using the following code (to pass ShowDate value) but it enters value only if I make one selection. It gives me an error message if I make two selections and try to pass it to SQL.

I am binding a control which is inside Gridview, using SqlDataSource control as below.

In above SqlDataSource control, I had to pass the SelectParameter (whose value is coming from a ComboBox i.e., whatever comboBox value I selcect from ComboBox, its SelectedValue I had to pass it to the SqlDataSource SelectParameter. I am first time using "SqlDataSource". How to pass the SelectedValue of ComboBox into SlecteParameter of SqlDataSource control ?

I need to write a query to populate a gridview with minimum rates in ascending order for a month from three tables.For example i have three tables A,B,C as follows

Now if the data is as follows
I need to get the Name from Table A ,minimum Rate1 and Rate2 values for a month in a dropdownlist from date field from Table B and the corresponding minimum rate(E_rate) for Equipment E1 and E2 only from Table C for the month in ascending order group by Name.

In my website their is a textbox for adding birth date...
I am using the ajax calendar for selecting date...
I want that the user who enters the date shld be above 16yrs old...
Means i want that the date should be minus from the current date and should be calculated as 16yrs or above it...
For example:- user 'A' selects a date 5th may 2005 and the current date is 28th march 2013 (which means that the age is 8 yrs)... than it should show an error that "your age should be above 16 yrs"...

I have a survey form, survey.aspx, that looks for information about 3 different people (hiking guides) who are all contained in a single DropDownList. Instead of repeating the list over and over, I figured I'd put them all into a single user control, GuideList.ascx, shown here.

In trying to access the value the user chooses from the DropDownList, I have created the following code
in GuideList.ascx.cs

In Survey.aspx.vb, I have the following, that often blows up because it doesn’t like G1:

I have tried using GuideList1 and GetGuide and GuideList1.GetGuide and GuideList1.G1 and all sorts of variations, but cannot seem to figure out what I'm missing to access the value of the DropDownList.

I have a user control that has some drop down lists. These DDLs are used by the user to filter their product search on my search page. A button is used to post the form and get the results of the product search. Those results are displayed on the results page, which also has the search filter user control on it. I'd like the results page to have the values of the DDLs be preserved from the search page. Example: user selected color of red and size of large on the search page. When the results page is displayed, I'd like the selected color to be red for the color DDL and the size to be large for the size DDL. How can I do this?

I have a calendar control on a asp .net webform. In the Pag_Load event I have
this.CalendarReportDay.SelectedDate = DateTime.Now;
Which sets the Calendar's Selected Date but todays date is not highlighted on the calendar.
Does anyone know how to get todays date to be selected?

i have a master details gridview setup, meaning a gridview inside a gridview, but the inner most gridview has a template field hyperlinkbutton control and i set the "CommandName" of the hyperlinkbutton to "Select".

I registration page with company information. A second page is a referral page. On the referral page I have 8 text boxes and 2 table control. 1st table control named project table control. 2nd table control named Contractor table control. Contractor table control fields are: Sub Contractor, Sub Contact Name Sub Address, Sub City, Sub State, Sub Zip, Sub Phone, Sub Email I have create the code to query through the registration table so user search for the company they would like to refer. I have also written code to to loop through checked boxes of selected companies. Which when place a break in VS 2008 I can see each company. Then I need to make sure when user save it save all data on the page. The problem I am having is when i click on the go to referral page from the registrations page it not passing the selected check boxes to the Contractor table control

I have a Ajax Calendar Extender in my C# application. For some reason when the time zone is set to Pacific the calendar control display the incorrect selected date.
For example if user selects 02/02/10 when the page renders and finishes whatever is doing the calendar control display a date of 02/01/10. P.S I am NOT subtracting any days from the selected date.
