i have a browse button and i need to browse the file and save it.i succesfully saved the path to database but at the time of edit i am not able to get the saved path in browse button textbox.so how can i do?

The problem is that when I drag the control in design view, it is showing a bordered TextBox and a Browse button on it right side but when I run my application, the button becomes "Choose File" button and TextBox appears at the right side of the button instead of left side and also it does not have any border. When I select a file, it is only showing a file name instead of the complete path. let me know that how could I display this control the same way as it was displaying during design time? I am using below code to display the control.

I am editing a code to change the path of the image uplod folder,
There is a form for uploading an banner to the site, which has table of all the banners uploaded with image path and file path for downloads.
The form has 2 parts, one for the image uploading and the other for banner link updating.
The banner link updating has a dropdownlist of all the images available in the folder. The imagepath is uploaded via sql
I have changed the sql imagepath, but can find where is the code for uploading to a folder, so that i can change, also, how to change the dropdownlist to read from the new folder.

I'm trying to display images in a GridView (yes, still this...). [edit] Before I can come to that I have to upload some images to the database.
I've followed this tutorial for the "upload image to database" code (this worked fine for uploading images, but I don't know if the images were converted to byte):

It doesn't quite work, the GridView shows but without images
Now I'm trying to change the "save file" code according to this tutorial:

my doubt is by the above code the Table-Path seems D:WinnerVirdir1Imageimg1.jpeg then next i assign the same path to the image control but the image is not displaying, incase if i hosted to any other server then also it should work.

I have used a FileUpload control in my web page. Now I want that when the textbox of the control is blank (i.e no file name mentioned), the upload button should be disabled. Only after the some file name is mentioned, the buttong should get enabled.

i am using file upload control in ASP.NET for uploading images. In my form there are two buttons.one for assigning criteria which redirects to other form and other for submitting form. After assigning criteria only the user has to use submit button. My problem is when is upload image and click on AssignCriteria button and return back to original page,the upload control is getting blank.
