I have a Virtual Path as [URL] .
Where Pankaj is a folder stored in my database table at the time of user registeration.
I just want that the folder should be verified from my table. and if verified true it will gives the page otherwise it will displaying the page not found error.
I have four columns in database. Consider it as a,b,c and d. I'm trying to place a and b column values in TO part and c and d column values in CC part in outlook. a,b,c,d contains six digits numeric values. I just need to place a and b columns values in to and c and d values in cc part on click of a button.

I have situation where I have to show checked CheckBox in a GridView. I have three tables
1) Menu Items ( Fields: menuID, menuName, menuLink, .....)
2) User Types (Fields: userTypeID, userTypeName, ...)
3) User Menus (Field: menuID, userTypeID )
I have a screen to add new Menu Items where I am showing a Grid That has two columns
1) CheckBox and
2) User Type
I have to check CheckBox in order to Link that User Type with the Menu Itme. I am done with Add Screen. Here is the Code:

Now I am passing selectedUserTypeIDs along with other details to my Stored Procedure and adding those UserTypes for newly Added menu. It works fine for me. Now I want to show checked CheckBox in Edit Mode.
i have code to update multiple rows in a gridview. What I want is that if the row value is = 1 in the database then the row is checked otherwise it's not. I've put some pseudo code in below to illustrate what I want to achieve.

This data is going to be a link. When the user hovers over the link I want to have a tooltip immediately show up in the form of a bubble or balloon tooltip. The tooltip widow should point to another page that loads the detail information from the database for that part number.

We need to have them look like standalone applications when viewed in their own pages, but also have them look like they fit within the sharepoint page when embedded. We are doing this currently with IFrames and it works ok, but I'm wondering if there is some sort of proxy web part where we can configure the web part to point to an existing web app and it will proxy the contents through from the web app into the sharepoint page removing the need for an IFrame. Possible?

I currently have a page that consists of a pop up page using JQuery. But the codes are in Html format but I am using aspx to code it. Now I am intending to have check boxes in the pop up that when checked will delete the data from a database that I have checked. But I am not sure as to how I am going to do it, As I am not familar with using JQuery and how to add codes such that it will delete from the database once I have checked a field.

When looping through the items, is there any easy way to get properties of the web parts? Such as AllowClose, CatalogIconImageUrl, etc... I know I can probably accomplish this using the listItem.OpenBinaryStream etc and loading the xml of the .webpart file, but I wondered if there was an easier way to do this.

I have a template field with a checkbox function and it allows you to check certain rows and disable them. What I am trying to do is send the enabled rows aka the non selected rows to a seperate table in our database. I'm assuming its just some kind of insert statement but I'm stuck on specifics..I am getting a object reference not sent to an instance of an object error. I suppose this question has been asked to death all over the web, but I can seem to find a clear cut answer. What I am trying to achieve is as follows: I have a web application that lists various products, their descriptions, names etc and also an image of that specific product. The user will type in a product code or name of the product and a page will pop up with al the previous mentioned info and image or images of that specific product. The problem I am having is: I read somewhere that storing images in a database is 'bad idea' since it effects performance, then I read somewhere else to keep it in the images / or app_data folder. But what would be the best approach and how would I call it from the database (if that's the best way)? And if App_Data / images are the way to go how many images can I put in there (??) already the product catalog has several hundred images of various products. So how would one go about sorting everthing in those folders without having a few hundred images rolling down in my solutions explorer.
