Web Forms :: Finding Function To Stop The Import Function If Tags Are Not In Desired Order

I have this import function which can be changed by the client in his desired way.Now I want to code such that if the client tries to import his own data on the page and doesnot give the tags in the order mentioned below his import function should be stopped.
It shouldn't make any changes unless the tags are in the right format because the problem now is if the tags are not in the right format when client changes then its importing over the existing files and directing to an error page which I dont want it should simply stop the import function if they are nt in the order.the code for this function is below
While im here, anybody know how i would put the results of many checkboxes ( values 1-10 ) into an array, and then insert the array of results into an sql database singley with an assigned ID?
The below function has to be put within my common functions file in app_code folder. how do I do it?

I am using javascript in my Asp.Net application. In my scenario i am calling two function using javascript in the aspx page. when i call first function i dont want to call second function. I need to stop the second function. I know that the problem is javascipt call all function in the aspx page. How can we achieve in this scenario that when i finished first call the first function after calling second function.
The code which shown above where the problem is javascript have not function which the certain command trigger and involved for the outer javascript which called from the ajax's update panel web control.
How to allow the javascript can be run where it's call from inner update panel, for now its will cause the errors one the update panel's web control call the outside JS/countdown.js file as well....
what I'm looking to do is to get a web site search function where I can enter the URLs and body text myself rather than running a spider unless the spider can handle my url querystring structure. Obviously, something automatic would be best but I'm not too choosy as long as it is free.
I need to create something which is like an Add friend function in my website which works like this:
1) User types in name of the person he wants to search in the search field and clicks enter
2) on the same page, the search result will come out with an "add friend" button beside every name
3) when the user clicks the "add friend" button, he will be brought to another page (or pop up with a message box?) with a text message field to send to the friend, and a submit button to submit the friend request.
4) over at the Friend's page, he will be able to view the add friend request and decide whether to accept or deny the friend request.
I have a detailsView that I use for Insert. Once a record is Inserted, I need to get the new idenetity value.
Is there some function that grabs the inserted identity value? Or do I need to query it somehow?
By the way, the reason I'm doing this is the user is inserting a record into a 'general' list that is being applied to a 'specific' list - example, an employee can select a vendor from a list, but the vendor isn't listed so the employee adds the vendor in the vedor list and while the new vendor is inserted, the vendor info is also applied to the new order record.
Is there a way to do this in either scalar function form or in an aggregate function form? The problem I'm dealing with is building a security system with multiple tiers of inheritable permissions. Like you'll inherit certain permissions form the department level and then certain permissions from the supervisor level. I'd like to find a way to produce these results
For user permissions I pull these binary values and get these results, (they are sorted by their tree node depth level in the hierarchy.)

Does it look like I will be stuck with manually compiling the tables of departmentpermissions and supervisorpermissions base on every possible outcome of inherited permissions or is there a way to do this on the fly in an efficient manner?

We are storing the numbers in a database and when we retrieve the records from the database, we will reverse hash and convert the number back to a string 10232323 -> training

Take the following scenario. I have multiple ASPX pages. Login, Logout, Main, Messages, etc... They all inherit from System.Web.UI.Page of course. For all the pages, I want to override the Render method from the Page class. I could easily copy and paste the same code into each page like so:

But if I had many pages, lets say 20, maintaining the code in each page could get very time consuming and error prone.That made me think a bit and I thought okay lets try this...override the function in each page but call a static function. That way changing the static function would result in a change for every page.Which works fine... But its not really nice and clean, having to override like that on every single page.
