I have one big panel called Panel1. Withine Panel1 I have Panel2 and Panel3. WHen I drag the panels into Panel1, Panel2 is on top of Panel3. How can I get them side by side?..

I have been able to develop Master pages with header and footing content but never sucessful with side panels.What this project needs is a Main Master page with header and footer contents. Then another master page that uses the first master page and has it's content of the left side of the remaining middle. The Detail will go to the right with the left master content about one third and the detail about two third.

If the user is an Active Directory user, he must be directed to the resource he wants without asking for credentials.
If I enable both Anonymous Auth and Windows Auth for the web server, Anonymous Auth comes first and even the user is an Active Directory user I can't access his domain information.

After making the call I am not able to retrieve the updated value from Server side variable. I went through this forum [URL] but not able find a way how to implement functionality with IFRAME. I've got two textboxes running server side and have their visibility turned off. I'm using a couple of ASP.NET controls which require the textboxes to exist. However, I am filling them from the code behind and would not like the user to see this. Can the user turn the visibility on and see the values entered in the text box? I tried using FireBug, and I couldn't seem to select the visibility option in order to edit it. However, I'm quite new to Firebug, so there may be another way? Or does running it server side mean that the client can't ever view the contents of the textbox?

The problem is that I have a radiogroup containing 4 radiobotton, When selecting a radiobutton I neet to hide some of the editors that are bound to the strong typed propertie fields.

I have a async file upload control and I am doing client side validation for Image."OnClientuploadstarted" I am doing the client side validation.My validation is working fine but my problem is that the file upload control text box goes green (i.e file is loaded on the server) even if the validation fails which is I dont want.What I want is when the client side validation fails the file does not gets loaded on the server and the Async file upload textbox does not goes green.I have goggled but have not found a suitable solution.

in a form i have a buttoin, when click both OnclientClick and postback should happen. on clicking the "Email" button a client side "mailto" tag should do the work and pull a new message window on the client's machine.
whereas, the email addresses should be invoked by the post back. so , when clicking the button the server side post should happen and on return the client side script should be invokded with the values read during post back, and populate all the email addresses.

I am using VS2010 and .NET4 for a web app. I have a script manager/update panel that has a couple of grids.
The client just leaves the page opens and views an updated grid every 30 seconds or so.
I want to refresh the grid by calling the server side method to load the grid, but not load the whol page using meta refresh or similar (too much screen flicker and unnecessary bandwith).
Is it possible to set some timer using javascript or something and call a specific server method to refresh controls?
