Asp Error Eventid 1310 - BC30456

i am the IIS server admin and the developer created a site that generates this error. The error lasts for about 2-3 minutes after the iis admin or www service is restarted. even after a reboot we get the same error, after the 3 minutes, everything is fine.i have searched for this error on various sites and they all point to something in the code or how the web app is compiled. the developer states that is a server issue. we have multiple websites and this is the first site that i have encountered this issue. this is also the developers first site at out company.

I have created the asp.net application, it was working fine in the Dev environment. When i move the same application into production, it throws "BC30456: 'InitializeCulture' is not a member of 'ASP.fileretention_aspx'." error while loading the Default.aspx page. Initially this page was wotking fine, in the button click event this page is reloading, error accours while reloading the page.

I am attaching an image to a listview from code behind, the image depends on a value from the database and there are 5 different images.It sometimes works fine and then will randomly come up with an error, when nothing has changed, the error is:[Code]....

Using VWD2005 Express built a membership site that collect some info. Form is located in a membership restricted folder along with two other forms that are used to update info from Primary form. The Primary form is getting the error Compiler Error Message: BC30456: 'dvContactInput_PageIndexChanging' is not a member of 'ASP.memberpages_contactinput_aspx'.
The error has flagged this line of code
<asp:DetailsView ID="dvContactInput" runat="server" AutoGenerateRows="False" DataSourceID="SqlDataSource1"
The work around I have found instructs me to set form authentication to false in my web.config and then tells me that this is a horrible secuity issue work around. My other forms are using a details view and uploading (updating) the information from Primary form as needed to the same table/record in my SQL database but I am not getting the error with the other pages, they are loading without errors.

I have a serious problem with "Error on Page". The error message points to line number 939, char 13. In my code behind (C#) in line number 939 is only an obsolete method found which is no longer called. The aspx file has only 339 lines. What the heck is line number 939?The Webapplication allows a special user group to change some group memberships for members of another user group in Active Directory. The App handles 3internal DataViews derived from corresponding DataTables as DataSource for 3 GridViews and some other internal lists with objects (List<obj>).
It uses windows authentication to get current users credentials and his membership in the "Operators" group. This credentials will be passed-through to allow the process managing group memberships in active directory.After starting the App in browser it seems to work fine. But after an indeterminated time it doesn't longer respond. After each click on buttons (or link buttons) you only can see the message "Error on Page" in the browsers status bar below.I played with session timeout, storing the DataTables in session variables, without success.

When a server error occurs for whatever reasons (YSOD), the server will send a message via SMTP class. In my case, my company employs microsoft exchange and uses NTLM authentication for all domain users. I am authenticating users via NTLA windows integrated authentication. My question is, is it possible to utilize this authentication data, and pass it to the system.web SMTP username/password authentication scheme to send an email to me (the web developer) when the error occurs? I am pretty sure my company requires a username/pwd to send emails via SMPT on the ms exchange server.

I am consuming a third party web service wsdl using my .net aps.net page. And I am getting following error message. Cannt get to resolve it. Its working on my machine but not in my development machine. I have installed the certificate also in certificates on that machine.

I have an asp:BulletedList controls with AJAX:PagingBulletedListExtender on my aspx page.
It gives error as: Microsoft JScript runtime error: Sys.ArgumentException: Value must not be null for Controls and Behaviors. Parameter name: element
If I removed, the asp:BulletedList controls and AJAX:PagingBulletedListExtender from my page then page run without any error.
I am not getting the cause of the error.

I have an existing project with a silverlight3 app. First I created SALESservice.svc.This is working fine. Now I added another TARGETservice.svc to my project and rebuilded my entire project but when I am trying to add the service reference in to the silverlight app I get the following error:
There was an error downloading metadata from the address.verify that you have entered a valid address. I didn't write any code in ISALESservice.svc AND ITARGETservice.svc . I have written in SALESservice.svc.cs AND TARGETservice.svc.cs files.Is this causing error? But for SALESservice.svc it is working. I didn't add any code in web.config file.

I'm having a wicked time trying to redirect the different error scenarios to a custom error page. Basically, I have put some code in Application_Error in global.asax, and done the necessary web.config settings to use Custom Errors.
In global.asax on Application_Error, I stored the Server.GetLastError in Session. The reason I have to store it in Session is because (as far as I know) you lose the exception when using "ResponseRedirect". And the reason I have to use ResponseRedirect is because I am using an UpdatePanel with AJAX calls, and any exception during the AJAX call shows up as a JavaScript error, and doesn't get handled using the custom error page (see this post).

I have written some vb code that inserts whatever has been written on my page into an Access database. Only problem is VWD throws up an error saying that the syntax of my SQL statement is wrong. I am 95% sure that this statement is correct because when I saw the statement in Text Visualizer and tried that statement in MYSQL the data went in perfectly.
