Calendar Select Current Week In Page Load Event?
Jul 6, 2010In the Page_Load event I would like to have the current week selected on the calendar instead of just the current day. How can this be done?

Nov 24, 2010I've got two websites. One is a copy of the other, I even went ahead and remade a copy of the original a second time hoping it would alleviate the issue I'm having but it didn't.
On both pages I have a calendar so the route is

The issue is on the original site /Calendar works. It shows the Calendar page with the current month. On the copy site /Calendar gives a 404 but /Calendar/Index shows the Calendar page with the current month.

Feb 8, 2016I am trying to verify what day of the year has been selected from the calendar extender in asp.net.I know that in vb.net for example I would verify if the day selected is after the 121st day of the year, the syntax would be:

It seems that value is not accepted after the declaration of the calendar extender. how to know if the day is Friday. For example, in VB.NET, the syntax would be :

To currently do this I am finding the week of the end date and subtracting the week of getdate(). This works unless the event goes into the next year and then it returns 0 .Here is my sql

The third party gateway does not support query-string , so i will need to post the form to pass the values to the given URL and another thing is that they don't expose the web-services so we need to use their page and that means we need to host it in an iframe in asp.net
so what i did is that i have hidden fields that will be used as parameters as depicted below

Now the purpose of this , is to load the iframe after the page load event of the asp.net gets fired.
Now my problem here is that when the iframe loads , it does not pass the parameters to the url that is being set in the iframe.
I have attached the example, project. (2kb)
When you run the project you will notice when the iframe loads there is an Error
"NO VCS ID"
now this means that the parameters were not passed when the Iframe loads , i can understand because it seems like iframe does not do a full form post. so to demonstrate what i want, click the proceed button and you will notice it will give you a page with no errors and it will be a page where credit card details are required , i want to iframe to load that the first time.

Dec 10, 2010I'm prototyping an environment where multiple applications run on the same server, but they all share a master page. Is it possible to load a master page from another application? In one of my applications, I have this code:

What this does is set the master page to a file sitting outside my current application. (Note the ".." after the tilde -- so I'm going to the root of my current app, then stepping up a directory to find a master page.)
ASP is displeased with this:
The virtual path '/MasterPages/Root.master' maps to another application, which is not allowed. I understand that it might be stressed out about the fact that there's no backing class for it, but what if I have nothing in the code-behind, and I choose not to inherit my master page from anything -- so the entire thing is contained in the ".master" file?Is there any way to do this?
