View 1 RepliesI have an asp.net website that requires users to login using their Active Directory credentials. All users of the website have AD accounts. Some of the users are at remote locations and share a common computer login (I know this is not recommended but it is what it is, I have no say in that). Every so often a user will log into my website and click the Remember Passwod box which causes the next person that comes along to not be prompted to log in. All users are on IE 7. I have tried having them go into tools and deleting the cookies, saved passwords, etc but when they go to my website they are still not being prompted to log in. I have recently migrated to IIS 7 and I understand there is a way to have the user enter the site through a custom form but I have not gotten that far yet. How can I make sure the users password is removed from IE?

View 1 RepliesI created a gridview that is made up of 4 gridviews and using a stored procedure to populate it. I create columns at runtime because the number of columns changes all the time.To make the grids editable I am adding template fields at runtime as I create the columns, this is to ensure that a user is able to edit the cells and some foot values update. Reason why I have four grids is to freeze rows and columns like in excel using javascript. The problem is that performance is very bad especially in IE, the grids take a long time to load. I am not sure if this is caused by the data load or the creation of text boxes. see some of the code below for my _aspx page:

I have a datasource, which includes many columns, idealy, I need use a gridview to show:
1) first 3 columns: template fields, these fields depends on values in some columns of datasource. I use template fields, hard coded. works fine.
2) the other columns. This is I do not know how to do it. In the data source, there are about 10-20 columns data, each time, the # of columns of the data varies. idealy, I need show each of them as a seperated column in gridview. The entire data source may have 30 columns, but some of them are used in 1), and I only want show these 10-20 columns in gridview. Some columns in data source, I may not use them at all. is there a way to do this? or have to seperate them as a detail view style UI?

May be it's the same question i have i asked before but the issue is the same and i didn't find any resolution so i have to write it again with the expectation that it would be solved this time.My question is i am using two list boxes and one list box is populated by putting the list the list item tag in listBox1 on aspx page and i want to implement functionality like add and remove between two list boxes i mean removing an item from listBox1 should be added to second and removing an item from second should be added to first. While i tried my own but the problem is that on post back it come to same condition. i have a place order form and i have a drop down list that contains list of items whenever i add item (for example item1) to place order and click add another item button, i need to remove (item1 ) from drop down list to avoid dupplicate insert in sql table or mayb need to fill the drop down but without (item1) cause i already selected it i am using sql datasource to fill the drop down list of items.

I'm trying to find a code to delete multiple columns because when you delete a column the next column takes his place so for example:
If you delete column 6 then column 7 becomes column six.
I tried the following code with an for loop & a while loop:

But same case that the column 7 becomes column 6
The variable removeColumns is an array with the column number that need to be deleted.
