Visual Studio 2010 - General Setup For Nunit Testing In Webapplication?

Coming from Java programming, I'm used to the general Main<->Test Maven-setup for a project. Whenever there's a new build, all tests will be run by Maven/Junit and I get feedback about them.
I've been looking around and I can't find an analogue way for ASP.NET and Nunit. Am I forced to put my UnitTest-classes in the APP_Code folder?
What's the general way to do this? Are there any recommendations for continuous integration?
I have a highly complicated web site that is under source control and has a long history. I would like to migrate this website into a web application project but I do not want to lose the source control history. We use Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server (Currently 2005 tfs but we are in the process of upgrading to 2010).create a webapplication project and migrate the files from the web application into it without losing the source control connections?
When I tried to deploy the project using DotNet 2.0 using VS2010, it failed and no error message. I make sure all the Framework checkboxes have 2.0 checked. In the prerequisies window, I only checked the installer 3.1. In the Detected Dependencies, The Microsoft .NET Framework is 2.0. The development and target PCs are both XP - SP3. When I unpack the .msi file in the target PC and run the application, it crashed.The only way to make that work is to use VS2005 to perform the setup. Of course, copying the files over to the target PC directory works. So, the VS2010 setup is unpacking something at the target that makes it crash. VS2010 fixed the code-behind fatal bugs and I cannot go back to VS2005 or VS2008. I also noticed that you need to install 3.5 before you can use 2.0 in VS2010... Anybody knows what is going on ?
am working as a web developer in a company. I am not aware of anything related to testing. Our company is planning to buy some testing softwares. Presently we are working on ASP.NET. We will be working on PHP and JAVA in future. I need your help to find out the best but cost effective testing sofwares.on TFS and Visual Studio Testing tool.
I tried to install Visual Studio Prof 2010 trail version in my system, but i got an error saying 'Please remove/uninstall Visual Studio 2010 load test controller' to proceed installation. i uninstalled my previous VS2008 software from system and i could not find anything like 'Remove/Uninstall Visual Studio 2010 load test controller' software in my Add/Remove Programs.
I've see n a lot of discussions surrounding HttpSessionState and asp.net MVC.I'm trying to write tests for an asp.net application and to mock the HttpSessionState and if so, how?I'm currently using Rhino Mocks and Nunit
I am a student of HLC, I am learning Visual Basic, they sended me lots of books and a CD with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition. I have problem with installing it. I have been ising TFS 2010 with VS 2010 Ultimately for a couple of months now. I have a client who is using Visual Web 2010, does anyone know if this integrated with TFS easily?
I just recently upgrade my asp.net web project from visual studio 2005 to visual studio 2010. The upgrade was successful with no problems however im missing some features with this project. The One Click Publish feature(which is greyed out) in the header area of Visual Studio 2010 and the Add Config Transforms feature which is no where to be seen when you right click on web.config. When i create a new web project straight from visual studio 2010, these options work fine.
Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 locked up, and when I tried to restart it, it wouldn't load, so I did a devenv.exe /resetuserdata to get it going again. It reset everyhing in my options of the web app/ etc, and now some AJAX conrols don't work such as dragpanel. I assume that it is because something got reset that I haven't enabled again, but can't figure it out.
Im working on a website project with Visual Studio 2010 from 2 different computers (home & work). In Dreamweaver Im used to FTP to upload/download files to/from a webserver to syncronice my files on the current computer Im working on.What is best option in Visual Studio 2010 to sync project files between home & work computers? I have seen there is a built in FTP, but seems only it can upload files, limited functionality?
I want to use a source control in VS2010, I know my best bet is TFS, but at the moment TFS(can't afford ). As i understand TFS is the new VSS_2005(can afford)Can VSS 2005 be use as a source control for VS 2010 solutions/projects?

I have Visual Studio 2010 beta and Visual Studio 2008 Professional installed on this computer. I do not have any IIS server installed. Do I require a IIS server when coding webservices+webapplications?[URL]
i am finished writing the main part of my website and would now like to write the iphone version. is there a way to debug my site using the built in debugger in visual studio? i have only been able to access it on the computer it is running on.
when i opened my Visual Studio 2010 i noticed that my ajax tab was missing from my toolbox and ajax control kit too.Then i noticed even that when i create new website, there is no web.config in it and it should be.WHAT IS GOIN ON???? :/
I want to load test an ASP.NET web service. I have Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition and Visual Studio 2010. Can either one of these products facilitate load testing? I can't seem to find anything and all Google returns is higher end editions of Visual Studio.If not, what are some of the alternatives.
