I have an ajax calendar in the middle of my page. I already wrapped it in a div with position:relative but the calendar doesn't show up unless the scrollbar is at the bottom.

View 8 RepliesIm using a ValidatorCallOutExtender for validate a ASP:textbox, but I have the problem when the scroll is at the top of the page, everything works fine, but if the scroll is at the bottom the validatorcallout is displayed above the textbox which is assigned. I tried adding a CSS mentioned in several places, a script that runs when the page is loaded, so as to put the SetFocusOnError = "true" but nothing has worked, the error occurs in all browsers.

View 1 RepliesI am using Framework 2.0, ASP.NET AJAX 1.0 and Visual Studio 2005.I am using 2 Ajax Calendar Extender in my page. I am using a text box and html image control and setting the TargetControlID to the test box id and the PopupButtonID to the image control name. When i click the first image the calendar pops up and without choosing a date if i click the second image the second calendar control opens on top of the first calendar control. Is there any way i can make the previous one disappear without choosing a date leaving the calendar control associated with the last image clicked.

as far as I see there is only one "Color" property for all borders of the RoundedColorExtender. I would like to use the rounded corners around an element with a slight color gradient, so the bottom border must use a different color. Is it possible to get this done without touching the control source?
View 1 RepliesWe implemented Modal Popup in Sharepoint 2007 as a part of one of the User controls. Issue that I am facing is on IE7 the popup appear on botton left hand side of the browser screen. Popup itself is grayed. It works fine in IE 6 i.e. popup is center positioned and enabled Does any body know if this is a known issue with IE 7 and how to rectify this issue? below is the ASCX code for the user control

I am using collapsible panel and it's working fine in IE. But in firefox it cut off content from bottom. What should be the solution to this.
View 1 RepliesI have a wierd issue with a ModalPopupExtender. I am using a GridView and a DetailsView Control inside a ModalPopupExtender to show the details. After I Hide the ModalPopupExtender it renders at the bottom of the page. The popup works fine, just when i close it it moves to the bottom. If i click on another item and close it, it just builds at the bottom of the page. If i click Save it closes and falls to the bottom of the page and my Update sql statement contains all the values of the below popups. Wierd huh!
I have tried both using the OKControlID and creating an event handler to do a ModalPopupExtender.Hide(); neither works. I have used the ModalPopupExtender a number of times and have never seen this happen.
I have an issue that may be tied to layering of ajax controls. On my page I have a Modal Popup that displays and has multiple input fields on it.One of which is a dropdown list that shows one of two sections OnSelectedIndexChanged. One section has a button that calls another Modal Popup with inputs.
When I cancel/close the 2nd Modal Popup and change the value of the dropdown list the Popup's panel displays at the bottom of the page.I have tired hiding the panel, calling the mpe.hide(); etc but cannot get this panel to stop displaying.
when I hover over a menu option it's contents are shown above instead of the Bottom off. Even though the hover control says bottom. In my browser and others it works fine, I use IE8. But some browsers it's goes wrong.

I'm developing an ASP.NET application with C# and Visual Studio 2008 SP1. I'm using WebForms.
I have an ASPX page with two UpdatePanels, one on the left that holds a TreeView and other on the right where I load dynamically user controls.
On the left panel I also have buttons to load user controls on the right. I have a ModalPopupExtender in a button that show I div with radiobuttons to select a type. When I choose an option and click ok it do a postback to load dynamically a user control but instead of dissapear these modal panel it appers on the bottom left corner of the page.
What's happening? I think it is about dynamic load.
I've got two websites. One is a copy of the other, I even went ahead and remade a copy of the original a second time hoping it would alleviate the issue I'm having but it didn't.
On both pages I have a calendar so the route is

The issue is on the original site /Calendar works. It shows the Calendar page with the current month. On the copy site /Calendar gives a 404 but /Calendar/Index shows the Calendar page with the current month.
I have a an asp.net label control on my page.I have set the style to overflow: auto.
What i would like to know, is when there is a lot of text in my label and the vertical scroll bar is showing, is there away i can scroll to the end of the label using javascript?I would like the user to always see the bottom section of the label.

View 4 RepliesI've got a site that uses an Accordion, it has AutoSize="Limit" and the height is set to 600, however, when rendered, the Accordion div style is set to:"overflow-x: auto; height: 600px; overflow: hidden;"Does anyone know why this is the case? My understanding is that an AutoSize value of Limit should render style of "overflow-y: auto;" if not "overflow: auto;"?I tried setting the width to see if that makes any difference, but it still has "overflow: hidden".At the moment I have a work around which places the Accordion (with AutoSize="None") in a div with a style of "height: 420px; width: 750px; overflow: auto;", but I'm surprised that this issue exists and would prefer if I didn't have to use this work around.

I would like to create an animation effect in order to have a vertical scroll of my images, the scroll must have a pause from an image to another. I have started with this, but I have some problems:

1. how center my image exactly in the div? Actually it is "near" it but not "in" it!
2. When the image move up it moves in the window OVER the div, not inside (so it doesen't disappeare when move up)
3. how realize the start-stop-start moving of the effect? Actually it begin at the load event of the page and then finish!
