i have a drop down in a grid and when i click on grid the modelpopup should be activated how can i do this?in the

View 5 RepliesI ultimately need to show countries in one drop down then states/provinces drop down of the previously selected drop down. I'm sure everyone has seen this many times. My page shows the countries but does not show values in the province/states drop down. It's as if the webservice is never run. I've tried removing and adding the ajaxtoolkit reference. The tableadaters run simple working sql code. I'm really at a lose here.

It's working fine but problem is that if i select 10 and record from dropdown and record also has 10 then paging is not showing.
That's mean i select 10 from dropdown and record is 10 then dropdown also disable with numbers, suppose i need to select again 5 then i can't do this.

I'm using a custom AJAX based validation control to check user name availability from database. It's working alright in my development machine but in production server we are using Windows Authentication to authenticate by domain.The control is inherited from base validator and checks for user name availability from database perfectly but on form submission at Page.IsValid check it gives the following error.
remote server returned an error 401 unauthorized
Both the form and webmethod are in the same page/file. I even tried creating webmethod in a separate standalone webservice but error still there.
I have grid view which databind from object datasource. my problem is i want to disply dynamic dropdown list on edit template based on the id which has in grid view. but still i can't figure out a way to do this.
View 1 RepliesI have created a gridview and added a headertemplate field inside templatefield. Inside header template field I have added a button and a condirmbutton extender. confirmbutton extender uses modelpopup with ok cancel. This works fine but with one problem. I want this popup to open on button click only if user has checked atleast one checkbox from gridview. So far it shows this modelpopup everytime even user hasn't checked anything.
