Create Dynamic Related DropDownLists?

I have three drop down lists that are related to each other:
CountryDDL
CityDDL
ZipcodeDDL
Obviously the options in the CityDDL are created when the CountryDDL's OnSelectedIndexChanged event is fired, and ZipcodeDDL is created when the CityDDL OnSelectedIndexChanged event is fired.
That's all good....but what I'm wanting to do is dynamically insert multiple instances of these related controls.
I need to be able to click a button and add as many instances of these three related drop downs as a user needs.
best way to accomplish this preserving state and having all events work as they should??
I'm using .Net 4.0 and the current Telerik release.

I have a page with a data repeater. Each row has a dropdownlist for the user to select a value and the values in every dropdown are the same. I also have an SqlDataSource which each dropdownlist gets its values from as its created. Everything is working as it should but for each dropdown that is rendered a seperate call is made to the database.
suggest a better way for me to do this that means only one call to the database for all dropdowns rendered?

i have the following code:

3 nested dropdownlists SELECTing from DB. So i select the brand, then i select the model and then i select the product and click on SEARCH button.
But when i select thebrand, and then the model, and if i want to change the brand, it does not reset the second and third dropdownlists.

I am working on an application that has two tables (amongst others) that are related by a Guid Foreign key. The parent table for this guid key is the aspnet_users table and the child table happens to be my employees table which has amongst other columns EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, EmployeeType, NationalID etc. ant the referenced UserId column from the parent table. I have managed to get the dropdownlists (for UserId and Employee Type) displaying in my create view but have failed to have it create an employee since the guid value from the Dropdown list for UserId cannot bind when posting the form data. I am using Entity Framework 4 , VS 2010 and .Net 4

im creating dynamic buttons on page load and on the click event of button1 handlere iam creating more buttons this is going fine but on click event of button 2 work is not done so how to maintain a chain of creation of button on click events

I have a project where I need to create menu buttons from a list in SQL Server. The problem I am having is that I need to add code to the text of those buttons. So there would be a birthday button and it should display the number of birthdays within the next two weeks or a button with the number of upcoming events.
Clarification:
There is no code yet, just some requirements. What I am doing is querying a table to get the list of buttons to display. Now each of these buttons may have dynamic text, for things like count of birthdays, events,etc... I am trying to see what the best way would be to handle this. Should I embed a snippet of code to go along with the menu item to execute when I iterate over the menu items? Maybe I should build a javascript file to go along with the code, which I add code to query a service for certain menu items?

I'm wondering how I can make one dropdownlist affect another one.. For example...You select your country from a drop down list of countries. On selecting it, another dropdown list becomes visible and displays the states of your country. I'm taking this data from a database, so it merely has to link to a different table for each country selected.
Also, I want the option of being able to add a 'state' to the database from the webform by typing whatever its called into the combobox so that future users will see that option.

I know how to create a dynamic ddl. but I can't keep it! It want to have 1 ddl and after selection create another one and with selection ofthe second, third is created and so on. I can create second ddl and addhandler. but when I change the second ddl it disappears!

i am a beginner and i have done a tutorial to create a dynamic asp.net web app. I want to host it on my own laptop to the world wide web.
I have copied the content to my C:/inetpub.wwwroot and used IIS 7 to make an associated website. I can open the site in a browser by typing http:/localhost/mysite in the url field. Thing is I want to see it on the www. I have registered a domain name. I guess I have to map the domain name to the physical server on my machine. How do I do this? I am using a wifi router.

My web page will get a set of results from the database and display it to the user. My problem would be the following:
Lets say, I have to create a few buttons runtime ( LinkButton b = new LinkButton(); setting an ID, text, Click +=, etc )
the problem is, whenever I create a button (or such thing) outside of the Form_load or PreInit, the OnClick event just doesn't occurs.

i'm trying to create a mini-forum (like facebook or twitter ...), so the user logs in and enters a message, that gets stored on sql server and im now trying to display it in the page, by looping through all the relevent records the code that is corrects is:
