View 1 RepliesI am having a gridview with alternative color i have used AlternatingRowsDefaultCellStyle. however, if my grid is not fullyfilled, ie the grid view page size is 20 and i have only 10 records in that page then the alternate row color will not apply for blank rows. My question is, How can I fill the blank rows with alternate color as well.
Hope there is some solution without adding empty rows at the end of the datasoure which will create problems while sorting the grids.

View 3 RepliesI want to alternate rowcolor in a GridView, using pure CSS, ie: I don't want to use asp.net themes; I'd rather not have to use jQuery, or define define AlternatingRowStyle-BackColor on each gridview (unless there's a reason I must). Here's my CSS (that isn't working):

I´m looking for some advice on how to create an table showing bookings, a table containing mon-sun on the horizontal axis and times at the vertical. The admin is able to edit each days bookable times (first bookable time, last bookable time) - The slottime is constant.
What I want is let the admin click on eacha cell to remove it/add it when removed. And other features as well, like create an booking for a customer.
What would be the easiest way to achive this, at the moment I use dynamic links since I cant get asp:buttons to work and the code to create an dynamic asp:table row by row and this produces some ugly code.
So any advice on how to achive such an "schedule".

am creating dynamic rows in a table from List<Productos> but this list have repeats same objects depending of quantity for one product.

I like that the products are not repeated but instead that show the quantity in a label.
There are two fields and a button :
1)text box for the caption.
2)drop down list to select the control to be added.
3)button is an ADD button .
when the "ADD" button is clicked the text entered in the "caption" text box has to appear in the first cell of the first row in the table and the control selected from the dropdown list has to be added to the second cell of the same row. similarly many such captions and controls have to be dynamically addded to the successive rows of the table as per user selection ( note: the previously selected control and caption label must persist on furthur selections .

I have a repeater which always has 1 UserControl, however the UserControl can vary, lets say it could be UC1, UC2 or UC3.
When I come to validate that a hiddenfield in each is not empty, I iterate through the repeater items but I have to do a findcontrol on UC1 check an exposed value, then do the same for UC2 then UC3. In all its a bit unwieldly.
What it would be great to do is iterate through the repeater items find the hiddenfield (which is the same name for each UC) and test that in one go, like below:

My menu control is in horizotal style and i want to show it's dynamic item also in horizontal style too, by default they are vertical. Plus the arrow(Static pop-out image) to be shown vertical rather horizotal which is by default. How to do that ?
