am creating dynamic rows in a table from List<Productos> but this list have repeats same objects depending of quantity for one product.

I'm pretty new at ASP .NET but not to ASP. I've got a form I need to create where I don't know how many entries will be added. It has the following format:
"Age" "Duration" "Period of Duration" "etc..."

So the Age column always has the first 3 options and then an unknown number of Age values that can be inserted. I've created a table that has the first four fields (Last30days, 1-5months, 6-11months, age) and I was thinking I could just order by those 4 columns for display. The problem I have is I'm not sure on how to proceed. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to handle this situation? Ideally data entry people could use the same form for both entering and displaying the data.

I´m looking for some advice on how to create an table showing bookings, a table containing mon-sun on the horizontal axis and times at the vertical. The admin is able to edit each days bookable times (first bookable time, last bookable time) - The slottime is constant.
What I want is let the admin click on eacha cell to remove it/add it when removed. And other features as well, like create an booking for a customer.
What would be the easiest way to achive this, at the moment I use dynamic links since I cant get asp:buttons to work and the code to create an dynamic asp:table row by row and this produces some ugly code.
So any advice on how to achive such an "schedule".

I'm trying to make a form where the text boxes and titles for each box are created dynamically based on how many array values there are. I have tried a repeater but am a little unclear on how I can get the texbox to bind to one area of and the title to bind to another. This is what I have so far:

Example: we have different articles in a database like cars, jewelery, boats. The data related to these articles is different in the tables. i need to add a hyperlink to each gridview cell and when that cell is clicked pass the header text through the querystring to another page. I can access the cells value ok and pass that through but i cannot seem to access the cells column header text. when i response.write out a count of the gridview.columns it brings back 2 which is the template fields but not the dynamic fields i have tried this on the rowdatbound, rowcreated, page_load and page_unload. the count should be 12 its like it cannot find the dynamic columns at all. ?

View 2 RepliesI need to get access to the page index of the gridview so I can correctly get some data from a coresponding array to set the cell's contol properties correctly. Below is what I've got so far. The ExcelObject is a class that houses both the data read in from an sutomer submitted excel file and a matching 2 dimensional array of characteristics that I use in this case to set the CssClass property. My problem is that when I enable paging for the gridview I don't get the proper datasource row index when the data is read by the databinder.eval; what I'm getting is the current row of the gridview being generated.

I have a table that get populated via an external text file. I am not sure of the exact process as I'm relatively new to the company.
The table does not have a primary key as the entire table is dumped and re-loaded every quarter when there is a new text file.
Enter ASP.NET MVC. I need to display that table with checkboxes in a grid so the user can select some rows and send it back to the server. It sounds relatively easy, but I am really not sure what to put as the value for the checkboxes as I am pretty sure I'll need to use multiple columns to create a unique. Yep, I know, I know :).

Would something like this work? If I can create a key with a few fields, can I use those fields as the value in the checkbox? I realize my action will be a bit ugly as I'll have to split and parse each value in the array of values.
I am in need of getting the correct sysntax for being able to use paging with a datalist whose data is being generated by a SQL Datasource and a stored procedure inside the aspx(asp.net VB...Not C#) page. A Gridview or any other rigid control that does not allow full control and layout will not work so I have to use the datalist. I have the datalist working perfectly but I need to add paging. I did some searching and found a good solution. It was a C# solution, in particular the code behind syntax so I used a code converter to convert it to VB. However, as I am not an experienced coder I need help converting the portion for handling the datalist. I am fairly confident I have the buttons on the aspx page worked out. I will ask that if you se something I need to do besides the section(5) I have listed please offer suggestions. So that you can help me better I have boken the code out into sections where I'm listing the code I copied, my code and the section I need help with. I think at a minimum I will have to change the references of Repeater to Datalist.
The section I need help with is section 5 where the original autor is referencing items generated in the Repeater where he used XML. As I said I'm using a SQL Datasource with a Datalist so I truly don't understand what I need to change to get the code behind to work with my Datalist. As always I appreciate all of you guys and ladies help. And also as always I will ask to please provide the actual code to type in because telling me how to do it just won't help very much. Sorry about that.

I need to let my user add rows dynamically to a table, and after doing some research, it seems the best way to do this is through a GridView bound to a DataTable. However, I'm really struggling adding dropdownlists to the datatable, and this showing them in the gridview.
Here's the design I want:
ddl1 | ddl2 | ddl3 | ddl4 | ddl5 | ddl6 | ddl7 | textbox
When the user opens the form, he or she will be presented with one row. ddl2 etc will be populated when ddl1 is selected etc etc. When appropriate, the textbox will be enabled allowing the user to enter a comment (this is to report errors, and since users are, at best, not to trust to write the same thing twice, I need to use ddls.
Now comes the question - how do I add a ddl to the datatable? I've tried several ways, but I cannot get them added.
