How To Force Sqlservices Uninstall To Delete Old Data

Does I use SqlServices.Uninstall() to uninstall ASP.NET Membership tables and other stuff programmatically from database. But when tables hold old data, it does not work with following error message:
Cannot uninstall the specified feature(s) because the SQL table 'aspnet_Membership' in the database '[DBNAME]' is not empty. You must first remove all rows from the table. Is there a way to tell SqlServices or any other class in .NET to erase those old data too?

How do I reference the delete button to add the delete confirmation box when I have both the Edit and Delete buttons as the last two columns in the Gridview control. The following code works fine without any issues when I have the delete button only:

How do I reference the delete button so the edit button is not affected in this case?

Using "Enable Delete" from Gridview control, I can delete (besides, update, sort, paging, etc) data from the database (this is done automatically). However, how can I delete the actual image that resides in my image folder (i.e. from "pix" folder )? What is the best way to delete image? If using code behind, how? Please write a full code for me. I am interested in building an intranet document management system to be used from Internet Explorer using ASP.net, VB.net, and MS SQL Server but have no experience in doing a project like this. Supported file types would be txt, pdf (from scanner or imported from file system), or jpg. What concepts I should look at researching/learning about to build the system in a way that files will be stored as small as possible, retrieved and displayed quickly, and secured. The users would be spread out over a regional area covering 4 states.

I need you assistance, Dynamic Delete LinkButton with CommandName=Delete gives me an error: Delete can only be called on a valid data item. nfact I am designing a Complex Grid using .Net 3.5 ListView Control with Scrollbar and Fixed Toolbar: This grid consist of 3 Tables:
1- footer
2- Toolbar Control

ListView give us only one ItemPlaceHolder to Bind Data as per LayoutTemplate, so I cannot able to manupulate my Toolbar Controls with ItemTemplate :(, therefore I decide to use ItemDataBound to add ImageButtons Dynamically using Init Page Event and I am able to get the result as you saw above:
ImageButton with funnel icon is with CommandName="Filter"
ImageButton with magnifier icon is with CommandName="View"
ImageButton with stop icon is with CommandName="Delete"

I cannot install the proper Visual Studio 2010 because I have the Visual Studio RC isntalled and I cannot uninstall the Visual Studio RC because it crasches. I think my last option is to download the Visual Studio RC install files again and repair that installation and then uninstall it to later install the release version of Visual Studio 2010. Does any one know where I can find the Visual Studio RC install files again?

I am using DbProviderFactories.GetFactoryClasses() method to check odp.net exists or not. It works perfectly fine when odp.net is not installed or when it is installed. But when I unistall odp.net 10g then also it shows odp.net provider exists. I have checked registry it doesn't show odp.net. better way to check if odp.net exists or not.

I recently "inadvertantly" installed VWD 2010. I still have my Visual Studio 2008 (full version) installed and want to remove VWD 2010. I want to recompile my active projects under VS 2008. Here are the steps I am planning to undertake. Am I missing anything?
1. Save all active projects 2. Remove VWD 2010 using "Uninstall Programs" from the control panel.3. remove ASP 4.0 via the same route.4. Reinstall VS 2008 5. Reinstall all service packs.Will this bring me back to a fully functional VS 2008? Need I make any additional registry changes?For the record, I do like VWD 2010 and would like to upgrade to the professional version but I cannot afford to do so at this time. I need to build some console applications and this is not possible under VWD. I am also unable to install C# Express.

And now(its been 4 or 5 months I opened it last time) I saw that all the file options are missing and I'm unable to select any options( file->open ->website or web application) to open. so I uninstalled the VS 2005 from my machine and now tring to reinstall it. I have installed SQL Server 2008 express, reinstall it with advanced services, uninstall TFS 2010 and tries to reinstall it but fails. It doesn't want to completely uninstall.
So I'd like to clean everything by hand (deleting registries, folders) but can't find any info. I have deleted install directory but installer still memorized that TFS is installed.

I downloaded the Beta Version for .Net 4 and Visual Web Developer 2010. Now I want to delete them and get the New versions. It will not delete. Visual Web Developer will not install without the .Net 4 Framework.

I installed a VS2010 Trial and have since downloaded a copy from the company MSDN account. I uninstalled everything that said VS2010 in the Programs area and am now attempting to reinstall the MSDN copy. It does not work. The install ends up through all kinds of errors and ends with an unsuccessful install message.
What do I have to do to completely clean off the old versio, or may the new one overwrite everything?

My also have included CSS Friendly adapter [URL] in my project ( I mentioned this because my GridView Empty data template is not showing when using GridView's CCS Friendly adapter). I have a GridView and a DetailsView. When a record in GridView is selected its details information is shown in the Details View. Type of Data source I am using is ObjectDataSource. I have a problem regarding to asp.net lifecylce hierarchy.
Basically, I have one user control which has a GridView in it. And this GridView is dynamically generated based on a public property on the control (named Parameter in the simplified code below).
Everything is fine when I insert this control in an aspx page, set its Parameter property and call DataBind(Parameter) on it. GridView is generated and populated on the UI.
Problem occurs when I post-back the page. I have to regenerate the GridView structure so that the data in the ViewState of the control can be used to populate the GridView. So that I can achieve its content. But as long as the GridView structure is generated dynamically and it is based on the Parameter property set on it, this is not possible. Because the OnInit of the user control is called before the OnInit of the page and that is why the Parameter property is set after the generation of the GridView structure. As a result I get an empty Gridview in the end.
Here is the code in a simplified way.
Can you give me some recommendation how to overcome this?
Can I explicitly force asp.NET to re-load the ViewState of a gridview?

I have some doubt about GridView PageSize, for the example if my table have more than 100000 rows and i set PageSize=50, i can see GridView trying to download whole 100000 rows and display only 50 records with pagewise.
In this case my application getting very slow.
Is there anyway to force GridView download data according to the pagesiz without passing limit in sql?

What is the best practice to force the postback Data and ViewState data to be re-loaded on the code behind?
The reason I ask this is, i have one gridview which is generated dynamically and I when it is structure is generated the postback data is already loaded and I want to forse asp.net to reload the postback data once I have my gridView structure is generated.
How can I achieve this?
