But this above code work in my local development version , When i try to open from my domain like: http://domain.com/Files/ sample.swf ,not play the file but it show the timing of the swf file then the slider and info icon of the player.
Am also try to open the swf file using html file from the same domain,it not working.

Jul 28, 2010I'm having trouble injecting services dependencies into my WCF service using Autofac 1.4.5. I've read and followed the Autofac wiki page on WcfIntegration but my debugging shows me that my WCF service is created by the System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.InstanceBehavior.GetInstance() method and not by the AutofacWebServiceHostFactory. What am I doing wrong?
I've set up my ajax.svc file to look like the one in the example for use with WebHttpBinding:

The service already works fine but I can't get the Autofac bits (read: creation/injection) to work.
Removing the default constructor unfortunately leads to the following exception:
System.InvalidOperationException: The service type provided could not be loaded as a service because it does not have a default (parameter-less) constructor. To fix the problem, add a default constructor to the type, or pass an instance of the type to the host.

Session Lost When Opening IE Window From Application Hosted In Outlook?
Apr 28, 2010An ASP.NET application (actually with Silverlight but it doesn't matter) is hosted in Outlook as folder home page. In this application there's a link to open popup window, which opens a separate IE window, not in Outlook.
The problem is that in this case it seems that ASP.NET session is lost. A call to ASP.NET service has nothing in Session and Session._id is different. I suspect that Outlook has different cookies than IE.
How do I preserve session when opening IE popup from Outlook? Maybe pass session id via URL somehow, or configure this in web.config?

Under App_Themes, I have DataWebControls but the compiler does not seem to acknowledge this. The actual error occurs in the following line in 'web.config' file:

This had worked before and now it does not and there's nothing that has been changed in the mean time.

Security :: VS2008 Development Server (local Host) & Hosted IIS7 Site Different Configuration - How To Test Application
Mar 19, 2010How can I test an application that I am publishing to a remote provider's IIS7 hosted site, with the VS2008 development server that is built in with VS2008 on an XP Machine?
My membership/roles work perfectly up on the remote host. On ths hosted IIS7 site when I try to access a secure directory it redirects to login, and I am able to login, however when I launch (debug - F5) from VS2008, it will provide that folder/resource, no questions asked. Same build, config, etc... nothing has changed.
I am running XP, and local IIS version installed is 5.1.
My guess is what is happening is that the new format required in the web.config is configured properly for IIS7 deployment, which is why it works remotely, but when running locally through VS2008/XP it is running with an older version on IIS and does not recoginize the new tags.

Apr 14, 2010I'm doing a tutorial for error logging. It seems to be pretty basic. Everything works the way it should but I get an error I did not expect in my error log. The error says file not found for favicon.ico. From what I've read this is a file for the icon that would appear in the address bar, to the left of the url. I don't understand why I'm getting this error. I have no code that does this or references this file. It happens when I run the app in chrome and in firefox. Does the browser automatically look for this file to display to the left of the url? Is it automatically looking for this file as part of it's normal routine when loading a page?

Sep 7, 2010I come from a VB environment. I'm looking at 2 different file extensions. If one doesn't exist look at the next. I was hoping to use the try/catch function. I can get it to find the first extension but not the second. Here is my the try/catch part of code:

The error dialog that pops up shows Connection Error in the title and a yellow exclamation point with File Not Found! I thought the FileNotFoundException would work(?).

C# - Large File Upload Support In Hosted (godaddy) Medium Trust .net App?
Jan 15, 2011I need large file upload support in my hosted (godaddy) medium trust asp.net app.It obviously needs to be responsive with indication of progress, so handling the stream myself is important.This all seems pretty simple and works well when in full trust:
1.Write an HttpModule that listens for file uploads.
2.Get the HttpWorkerRequest object from the Context using reflection.
3.Write out stream to a FileStream
All very well and good except that I keep getting permission exceptions when trying to get the HttpWorkerRequest object from the context in medium trust. Whether I use reflection or I use System.IServiceProvider.GetService() to get the object (which is clearly using reflection), I get the same error.
I have also tried using System.Web.HttpPostedFile. It has a property InputStream. But it seems this object is uploading the entire file on initialization, so no good.I have googled myself tired, and can't find another alternative.
Even if it is a security risk to let users have the HttpWorkerRequest object, surely the framework provides another way to handle the stream of files when Method="POST" and enctype="multipart/form-data"

wwwroot/one/MyFile.aspx --> this is file into which i want to access aaa.xml file from application two/File where File is a folder. all file operation is here.

Sep 27, 2010I have a problem with my chart image not refreshing and I narrowed it down to the fact that there's an unrelated image that according to MS VS2005 IDE, that the image file is not found... BUT..when I run/debug it... it displays properly.The image is right in the root of the aspx directory so it is not in any folder.<img src="right-thumb.png"> // this works but ide shows error and causes chart to have update problemi get an error in the IDE file is not found. however, if I display a FULL PATH, the problem goes away. WHY? i don't want to display the whole path because i don't want public users to see the server file location.
