I am using a master page and web content forms in my project. I have a panel on my web content page which opens a popup window using window.open. When opening the popup window, I disable the panel on the web content form.
When I close the popup window, I want the panel to be enabled. I am trying to do this using javascript, but I am not sure how can I set the enable property of the panel to true using javascript.
i am using asp.net ajax tab container[ which has 2 tab panel] under each tab panel i have an div tag. now by default.i have my Activetabindex="0"
now i need to enable css property for the div tag using javscript so that there is no post back happening. i doing like this css property for the tab panel 1 is not getting applied this is my script what i doing. if i do the same thing in code behind for the ta selected index change it works. but thatcause an post back. now i need t o do it my javscript only

I want Title to be the strNodeName.

i am tryin to make an inherited custom label control.
what i want is i want to have a property for the label where one can select languages.
like <label id="lbl" language="">
so when the user gives "language" property he must be provided with an option of "EN" and "AR" like an intellisense.
When I add a WebPart to a page, I need to set a Property in the class that builds the WebPart.
In the CatalogZone, I declare:

In the CatalogPart1 class, I instantiate MyWebPart:

MyWebPart.PagePartID contains the correct value.
This calls MyWebPart which contains the property:

but vPagePartID is equal to nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

When User selects and clicks on first Checkbox option Address...the second Tab is enabled
When the User Clicks on Sec Checkbox option Work Info then the third Tab is enabled .else the tabs are disabled

I'm trying to set the ImageUrl property after I've uploaded an image so that I can display the newly uploaded image, but for some reason it's not working.
If I navigate from the record I've just updated and then return back to that same record, the image then displays. It just doesn't display right after I've updated it. Basically what I'm doing is this:

I've left out the path intentionally because I'm pretty certain that the path I'm giving is correct... again, if I navigate away from the record and then return to it, the image displays. In addition, when I view the "Page Source" to view the resulting html, the src property of the image tag is blank . So, it's not a path issue... the issue is that its not setting the src at all which is why the image is not displaying.
I have file upload and Radio button list controls in the page
Requirement:
When the page load, the file upload control has to be enable = false when I click on the radio button list's Yes option then it has to be enable = true and when No option is clicked then enable = false

I have a checkbox together with a listbox displaying all countries inside edititemtemplate of detailsview. What I tried to achieve is that if the user checks checkbox then listbox will be disabled and vice versa.

When I run the page, the listbox was truely enabled when I unchecked the checkbox. But when I tried to update on the server side the listbox is still disabled and couldn't find the selected items.

On the other hand i have a MultiView that contains Several view that in turn itself contains several controls .
In multiview we have to set ActiveViewIndex for the view which we want to see.
That same thing can be done through Panel containing another seleral panel's and setting its Visible property to True/False accordingly.
Is seems Multiview is just using this Visible property internally to render controls .Since other views (whose Index is not set to be active Index) are processed on the server for its Whole life cycle(I am confused here..whether i am right or not) .Same thing perhaps happen when we use a Panel insteed and use Visible=True/False. So, what is the difference between MultiView and Panel taking this scenario ?

I have a user control in asp.net that i need to dynmically set properties for. The propety and property values are in a dictionary, for example:

I can currently set the properties on the control using reflection, however, with .net 4 and the new dynamic keyword, is there an easier way to do it, for example, something like this:

this obviously doesnt work because item.key is a string and not a property.
I have a gridview were one of the colunms has a checkbox for deleting that row. When the user open the page the delete button is set to enable = false. If the user checks one box the delete imagebutton is disable = false. That works, now I need to add Javascript to enable the Delete button if the user selects checkAll, how do I do that?
