How To Save The Compose Message Text In Draft Automatically

we have a vb.net application with send and receive mailing also. Now we have added a session timer of 30 min but the users are complaining that they are facing a problem when they write a long text message or while composing they get busy in something else and when they return back to continue composing message , they are redirected to a session expiry page, and their long text message is gone forever. So I am new to this and I was thinking like , when the user is in compose message the text should be automatically saved to drafts like hotmail.
Need to create 'TO' field in Compose New Message simillar to Compose New Message "TO" Filed of hotmail.com; it should have auto-fill (populated from contacts), and selected Contact goes into 'TO' filed textbox alongwith remove button and edit button,or it may be like Compose New Message 'TO' filed of linkedin.com
Currently we are saving files (PDF, DOC) into the database as BLOB fields. I would like to be able to retrieve the raw text of the file to be able to manipulate it for hit-highlighting and other functions.Does anyone know of a simple way to either parse out the files and save the raw text on save, either via SQL or .net code. I have found that Adobe has a filtdump utility that will convert the PDF to text. Filtdump seems to be a command line tool, and i don't see a way to use a file stream. And what would the extractor be for Office documents and other file types?-or-Is there a way to pull out the raw text from the SQL Full text index, without using 3rd party filters?Note i am trying to build a .net & MSSql solution without having to use a third party tool such as Lucene
Is there a way in .net to display the text automatically when i type the first letter or word in a text box? I am looking for something like MS-Excel.. In MS-Excel, if the first word is given, automatically it displays the remaining texts, only if values are given previously.
I am doing R & D in Generate multiple Pdf files in SSRS. Yes I have done this but i have some drawback in them. If user can trigger this process and they can continue their work in application. Acutally I need to do it when generating Pdf process is compleleted, I have to intimate to the user to this process is getting completed. I heard, there is a way in IIS Server to get the Message automatically from the IIS server. When my Process is getting finiched , i need to show the message to user.even though user who can stay in some other page.
I have a simple webApplication. Now I have a second webapplication with few web aspx pages. When I build each project I get aspx files with 1 dll per project.
Now the structure of the first webApplication is like this

Is it possible to load the dll of the second application dynamically and put its dll into the bin directory. The result will be something like this:
inwebapplication1.dll
inwebapplication2.dll
Default.aspx
application2default.aspx
The problem is that when I try to open application2default.aspx the compiler is throwing an error that it cannot find the class for that particular page because the assembly inwebapplication2.dll is not loaded. I tried to load the assembly from the web config like this <add assembly="myassemly, Version=1.0.0.0, PublicKeyToken=null, Culture=neutral"/> and also from the code like this Assembly.LoadFrom( @"D:Projectsinmyassemly.dll" ); OR Assembly.Load( "myassemly, Version=1.0.0.0, PublicKeyToken=null, Culture=neutral" ); but I still have no success. Can u tell me what is the logic here with the assembly load?
I need to know the best way to have a user click a link that will download a file that is out on the server and save it to a specific location on their computer. The file is a custom template for Microsoft Outlook signature. Thus, it has to be in a certain folder and this folder will have a different location if the user has Windows 7 vs Windows XP.
I wrote a ASP.NET page that captures the user that is logged in and use WebClient.DownloadFile to download the file. However, I am getting an access is denied error. Apparently my server doesn't have access to write to the user's folder. My questions are.
1. How do I solve this and make it so that my server can write to the user's PC?
2. Is there a better way to roll out a custom Outlook template that the entire company should use?
I am trying to automatically save an RDLC report to Excel, without having the user do anything. I don't want to render the report, but just save it off as an excel file. I have the following, trying to get it to work on a button click:

I get this error: The source of the report definition has not been specified .Not sure where I am supposed to do this, the report runs fine and displays fine...This is a report that has been being used for a while now, but now they have decided they would like to have it automatically save a couple thousand to excel, so they don't want to go through and manually run it and save it off those thousands of times of course..

The Silverlight app has a link to a different group of reports. This *was* working fine but no more. In the following code you can see the 'Reports' part that it calls another page [URL] namely right here: WHat is happening is when the reports page is called, it goes into 'Session timeout ' right away.

I m retrieving a text from SQL DB based on the Search criteria i give and displaying in the Textbox in asp.net. I need to highlight the words given in the search criteria in the displayed text.

I changed little bit in code. Now Html will like below. These textboxes have common CssClass. volumetextbox. Can we use this class and change text in all textboxes those have same CssClass.
