In an ASP.NET 2.0 project I've got a RadioButtonList. I'd like to disable one of the items in this list, but when I change the Enable property of an item to false it just wrappers the item with a span instead of disabling the Input when rendered to Html:

What I want to do is whenever you click a radio button on the Group1Most RadionButtonList, it will disable the corresponding radio button on the Group1Least RadioButtonList. The problem is I can't figure out how to select an individual radio button within the RadioButtonList.
I have a scenario where a RadioButtonList needs to be in disabled mode by default and then on some event on client side, say, when a checkbox is checked, it needs to be enabled.
But once I disable it from code-behind, the javascript part of enabling it doesn't work.
I have a table cell with a RadioButtonList. When each item is selected, the SelectedIndexChanged event is supposed to fire so the app can populate a related listbox. The problem is it stopped working. Now if I selected the first entry 'Division', the event never fires. I put a break-point on the event handler and it gets called for the other entries but not for Division. I'd believe it if some other code is interfering, I just don't know where to start looking.
[update] By not working, I mean if you selected Item #2, the update works; then if you select Item #1 it doesn't. If I change where the 'Division' item appears in the list, it still has the problem. Is there something in the page load cycle that could be aborting the event handling chain?
I have used lot of codinds to disable the browser (using server side code) back button in mozila firefox 3.2 it is not working.But it is working fine in the Internet Explorer.
Is there a way to set tab order on each ListItem within a RadioButtonList? The listitem does not have a TabIndex attribute, so can this somehow be done via javascript?
A similar thread indicates there is not a way to do this [URL], other than using individual RadioButtons instead of a RadioButtonList.
II am populating a radiobuttonlist in code on page load, although not when postback is true (I've checked this by the way).
Autopostback is set to true, viewstate is enabled (everywhere I can think of, although only in the content page, if that matters)
When I select an item, the postback happens, the populating does not happen, and the selection reverts back to the first item, which was never selected.
Nowadays I have the knowledge to do this in javascript, but I would prefer not to. It can't be that it should work like this, can it? The control would be useless. I want the index that is selected.

I am using a radiobuttonlist in my project. Where i want to hide one of radiobuttonlist item visible true or false. according to the selection of the country. I am able to hide the radiobutton but the corresponding text is still displayed. How to hide both radiobutton and also the related text.

Ideally, there is some function - in the above code I have proposed selectItemByValue - that selects an item in a RadioButtonList by a given value. Does jquery have a similar function built-in? If not, how should I go about implementing the desired functionality?

I have ASPxDataView and ASPxRadioButtonList within item template. i also have two SQLDataSource's (first fill ASPxDataView, second ASPxRadioButtonList). They are using other database tables connected with the foreign key. Is there any way to pass parameter to my second sqlDataSource (id) to fill RadioButtonList property ? i mean select * from TABLE2 where id = @id ; (@id is a value from TABLE1 which is a value of column returned by first sqlDataSource)
I have a radiobuttonlist inside a datalist itemtemplate and i need to bind the radiobuttonlist dynamically from database I have tried to bind it inside itemdatabound event of datalist but it the result is always duplicated according to the fields in teh database.

the database has two columns one for questions and the other is for choices , for the first question with id lets say 1 there are 4 choices, when the radiobutton is binded the result appears to be 4 times duplicated ?
I am using Logi Reports for creating reports in my application. I am passing cookies from web application to these logi reports. Cookies were workign correctly before, but after the release of this version. Cookies are not working in these logi reports.

I'm trying to server an exe to Firefox from an aspx page. The aspx page handles the headers and the page is launched by our Flex GUI. Flex correctly launches the link for all browsers (including Firefox) so I'm certain that's not the issue.
The problem I'm having is when I try to download the file from within Firefox, FF downloads the file fine but it names it "Content". It has no extension and the file name is incorrect. All the other browsers download it with the file name I specified in the aspx page and they all have the .exe extension. I should note that if I rename the "Content" file to "Content.exe" it runs correctly.Below is the code I'm using in my aspx page -
I have a simple javascipt which enables/disables some checkboxes when another checkbox ticked/unticked. This works fine, however, in some instances when by page is loaded my code behind disables the same check boxes. When this happenes my original check box nolonger seems to have any influence in enableing or disabling - there is no error and all the elements seem to be found by the javascript - it just doesn't enable/disable the checkboxes.
