want to show that data with paragraphs in .net again.

I have developed a news blog in asp.net 4. When I display news using literal control, the news displays without paragraph. However when i use textbox in administrative site to input the news into db--The Textbox takes the paragraph style and displays it. However i don;t want to use Textbox to display my news. Is there any solution to display the news with the paragraph style and so on? The containing component is Datalist and this is my below code.

I have a gridview which I use to edit text fields. How is it possible to start a new paragraph when entering text? I'm hoping that this can be done without using markup, as the users are not neccessarily going to be particularly computer literate.

I know I can use a textbox, or rich text editor to get the text, but I am looking to see if this solution exists.My reason for this is I have a table, this table contains a "Notes" column and another column to write the comments.Here is the code to make a paragraph in editable to enter text.

using asp.net and c# as my code behind, when i click on gridview column, a pop up windows should appear asking fr the path to save in local disk, when name is entered and save button is clicked, that particular file should get saved in disk.
I used SQL SERVER 2008 R2 express as my web development database and I set its compatibility level to 2005. Unfortunately this database cannot be be attached to SQL server 2005. Are there any other options?

The size of 64base string is 1.5MB. and when i converted to binary then the size is 11MB.so the best way to insert the binary data into sql server. The data type of column is varbinary(MAX).

I have a gridview with a hyperlink field, so when the user clicks on the hyperlink it takes them to the next page but I want to store 2 field value's in session. I've tried it the url way but I get a "Input string was not in a correct format"
and for security reasons I dont think its the best way, the only other way is for it to be stored in session.
I am storing image (jpeg) files into SQL server 2005 using MS Access Forms. When I try to read and render it on a webpage using ASP.net and C# code behind, it could not read it.
But if I write the image to SQL server using ASP.NET C# and then read it back using ASP.NET C#, it render the image just fine in the browser.
Does anyone know if Access write the blob is difference than ASP.NET write the blob into SQL server? I am using the same varbinary as my column in the database.
