I have a list of person objects which I want to send in response to a jquery' ajax request. I want to send the list into JSON format. The list is as follows -

How can I convert the "PersonList" list into JSON ?
I am working with a model which has the following, basically a Project can have a score between -5 and 5 and I'd like to show a dropdownlist of the available options, i.e 5,4,3,2,1,0,-1,-2,-3,-4,-5.

I am using jquery and c# to dynamically set a radiobuttonlist listitem to selected. I want to create a reset-type button to reset the radiobuttonlist selected item back to the first item in the list. jQuery/jsTree function currently reseting textbox and hidden field:

I am using the jQueryUI buttonset on an ASP.NET radiobuttonlist. I need to get the selected value in server-side code when the page posts back. If I don't apply the jQuery buttonset, this is of course easy enough - just grab "SelectedValue". However, when I do apply jQuery buttonset, the selected value does not appear to be available on postback any longer. Is there any way around this, or do I need to get the selected value on clientside, and then pass it back myself?

Ideally, there is some function - in the above code I have proposed selectItemByValue - that selects an item in a RadioButtonList by a given value. Does jquery have a similar function built-in? If not, how should I go about implementing the desired functionality?

What I want to do is whenever you click a radio button on the Group1Most RadionButtonList, it will disable the corresponding radio button on the Group1Least RadioButtonList. The problem is I can't figure out how to select an individual radio button within the RadioButtonList.
if you see the UI, the radiobuttonlist display in a first line and the button displays bottom of that Radiobuttonlist, i want to display the button right side of the radiobuttonlist, how to do this?

I have an "articles" page that holds a radiobutton list and a textarea. when the user selects a radio button, the text area is populated. now the users wants to be able to point to an article via a url link. (everything is dynamic and being pulled from a db source)
by using a 3 party tool i was able to grab the exact http request (below) that will link to the users' selection. the problem is the url is extremely long. is there another way to link to the radio button selection? that way i can just modify the query string to fit a specific format.
I'm attempting to display the answers in a certain survey, exactly as the surveyed person viewed the original survey. However, when viewing, I don't want the browser to allow changing of the selected options in a RadioButtonList. Is there a way to make a RadioButtonList read-only, without using radioButtonList1.Enabled = false?
I've tried subclassing RadioButtonList and adding a Fixed attribute to it that only allows changing of the selected value whenever Fixed = false, but it doesn't prevent the user from changing the values; it only reverts it to the original value if the RadioButtonList has AutoPostBack = true, and I want to avoid using postbacks at all.

i have a simple ASP.NET 3.5 page with a Radiobuttonlist with 2 items (Yes/NO). there are also 2 Buttons. The 1st button has a client side jQuery code that clears the selected value in the radiobuttonlist. The second button just postback the page when clicked and has no event handler.
Now, everything works fine, so when we select a value in the radiobuttonlist (ex: Yes), then we click the 1st button, the value is cleared, and clicking on the 2nd button, the page posts back and the radiobuttonlist control will not have any value selected. (That's GOOD for now).
Now, if we attach the textChanged or SelectedIndexChange events to the RadioButtonList (with no server side code in them), and repeat the above senario, what will happen is that after postback, the radiobuttonlist value will NOT BE CLEARED, and it will revert to the last selected value before postback. This is very weird. I don't know why it behaved like this.

Now I want to attach to the click-event of every single li-element, so that if the user clicks on a div-element, detailed product-informationen should be loaded asynchronously into a details-pane. I know how I can use jQuery to invoke an action-method ajax-style and also how to display the json-result which contains the product-details, BUT I have no idea, how I could attach the onclick-event to every single div, so that I can use the productId to load the details.
I want to present a list of delivery options to end users which will be in 3 columns - service description, radio button (to select) and then the price of the service. Also I want to auto postback when the user selects a service from the appropriate radio button - e.g. :

I have set this up using a repeater control and stand alone radio button, plus literals to display the text elements all within a tabular structure which looks OK. I have actually overcome the issue where by default you can select all radio buttons using the prescribed javascript fixes I found when searching. This way offers me control over the formatting which is important.
However it does not seem that intuitive to pickup the selected value of the radio button this way, especially with the auto postback - I am having issues trying to access the selected radio button to interpret what the user wants.
It would seem much more appropriate for a RadioButtonList but I can't work out how to override the default formatting, and also how to insert extra table columns for the price etc to keep it all nicely formatted.
So either I need to crack the interpretation of the current setup or to find out is there a way to hijack the default setup of the RadioButtonList?
