SQL Reporting :: Week Wise Date Should Come Dynamically?

I need a help in reports, actually i have made a matrix report in whichi need to display column dynamically based upon the selection parameter.I have a selection paramter of date.If i select Date on selection paramater as "03/01/2010" i.e. 1st March 2010then it should display column as week wise up to 2 months
like :-1st March - 7th March 8th March -14th March 15 March - 21 March ....Up to 2 monthThen i have to display sales Amount week wise in that.So based upon the sales date it display amount in respective column.If sales date is 9th april then its should come under 2nd column.f any sales date comes after 2 month then there should a column like May Onward, and we need to display amount in that.Its should be dynamically changed based upon that date parameter selection.

Im struggling to find week start and week end date based on week number of the year. I have written this following sql to calculate that but it fails when year is 2012... The logic should count week number starting from first monday of the year. But it gives me wrong start date and end date when year is 2012, 2018....

I've got 7 labels (lblMonDate, lblTueDate, ...lblSunDate), how do I get their text values to become the dates on which each weekday falls in the current week? The business week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday as opposed to a calender week which begins on sunday.

I have one problem to display date for a week in textbox.
let say:
textbox1=date ----> select one date ,
if tuesday is select example:11/3/2012
then ..
date will appear in textbox in column tuesday(here)

I have projects table which have project starting date and end date in datetime() format.every project have some report day which is friday and saturday(which is fixed),the problem is i want to show which project is falling in this week's reports, i think i have to compare project starting date and ending date with this week dates...so i have create function in sql to get week date... but i don't know how can i show...i am totally confused

Is there any way to saw saturday and sunday red or any way to disable any day of week dynamically from code in Ajax Calender Control.
For ex. i am making payroll system so if you are going to apply for leave at week off days so at that time you are not able to select week off days.
i want to set week off days dynamically as per employee.it may be possible that week off is monday,tuesday,wednesday etc.

I have basic understanding to cache webpages for duration. Now I have some complex requirements:
1. User e.g "Nauna" login in asp application
2. Visit on report page
3. Pass data range from 01-01-2013 to 30-12-2013 and extract the report which retreive data in 55 seconds on gridview
4. Now I want that when next time user "Nauna" login in the application and use the same report with same parameter 01-01-2013 to 30-12-2013 so that report should be come up from cache instead of run the complete life cycle.

how to get the start and end dates of the week by passing in a week number? I have a dropdownlist that needs to show 2010-05-17 - 2010-05-23 and I need to determine this date by passing in a week number.
Ex: if I pass the number 20, it will return 2010-05-10 - 2010-05-16 etc...
My dropdownlist will always only show one week and it will always be the previous week from the currect week.

in my asp.net_vb code web. there are 9 textboxes whcih is used for entering numerical/dates
first is lve.text in whicj numder is entered
second one is lvefrom.text
thirdone is lveto.text
when user fills (lve.text) 5 and enter 15 Jan 2013 in lvefrom.text then lveto.text should show 19 Jan 2013. i had posted this earlier and got reply which is mentioned below. this code below gives me 20 Jan 2013 instead of 19 Jan 2013.
tw text boxes lve.text (number filled) and lve from.text (date filled). when user enter a numder in lve.text and select a date fro date picker in lvefrom.text then lveto.text should show date selected in lvefrom.text + number of days in lveto.text (eg if number of days is 5 and date selected in lvefrom.text is 15 Jan 2013 then lveto.text should display 19 jan 2013. because the starting day is also counted in my case.

I've been struggling with one of my reports executed on MS SQL Server 2005 and built with SSRS 2k5.
Indeed, this report can be executed by many people around the world and as a consequence with different browser cultures.
My SQL Server is a French version of SQL Server 2005. So is SRRS 2005.
When a user with a en-US browser culture executes the report, two datepickers allow him to choose dates. Those datepickers are well localized (m/d/yyyy) but my server interprets the chosen dates as French ones (dd/mm/yyyy) thus retrieving wrong results.
I've tried to set the report's language to French but the datepickers are still localized.
how I could either force the report's culture or have sql server properly interpret dates.

I have the below format of the Date in sql server 2010-07-14 11:49:27.000 and i want to display the date in format MMM dd, yyyy 11:49 AM on the report i tried the below but it is giving the out put like ' 14 July 2007 12:00AM

I am trying to restrict the data in the report with the use of a start date and an end date selected from a textbox (w/ ajax calendar extender)
should this be done on the report side or should i create a stored procedure and pass the variables to the stored procedure by microsoft report viewer.
It seems like there is two connection strings to the database, one for the report and one for the report viewer, is this correct?
