SQL Server :: Sql Syntax To Update One Column With Many Rows

I have a table with 2905 rows. I want to update one column with 2905 values. The values are all different, and they are just stacked one to a line with a line break. One on top of the other like so:
I have a table converted from Access and the identity keys were lost. Now I need to make the id column the identity column, but it already has a lot of null values, how do I auto generate integer values for the null rows? The row ids are incremented, so if there is a way to auto increment the ids

I get an error that column isFemale is not valid. The isFemale column is a bit type. If it's a 1, it's a female, if 0 male. this is more of a test area and I'm trying to update records or create new one's if the name does not exist.II am new to C # and I am just trying to learn new ideas and methods within C sharp.

That I have to match the first 4 letters of a column in T2 to one column in T1 I have to identify that the first letter in a column in T1 corresponds to one letter in the middle of a string in a column in T2 For instance:

The Combined column in T1 is what i'm trying to complete. The T1.Place column contains the first character that I want to check for.
If it's a "1" then I want to make sure the 5th letter in T2.Order is a "0" If its a "Y" then I want to look for a "1001" If its a "2" then I want to make sure the 8th letter is a "2" in T2.Order If all that matches then I was the last two letters in T2.Order + T2.Value to be combined and put into the appropiate spot in T1.Combined

When my user performs some basic actions on my website, some values are passed through JSON to the server and are then converted into custom objects with 5 int properties(so they match the table). These objects that the server receives are the rows to be updated(based on ID) and the values for each column. How can I do this in one SQL statement without the need to loop through each object and update them all seperately? Is there a way? Preferably compatible with SQLServer 2005.
I have a table with three fileds userID, userName, userPassword.I have 100 rows in that table, now I want to update the userPassword column with new random generated string password.
I am working with a sql server database with about 50 stored procedures. The database and stored procedureswere not created by me. The stored procedures all begin with a number in their name.
Example: 17P_Comsetter
The problem I am having is that if I try and execute the stored procedure at the command line in Query Analyzer,the query analyzer appears not to like that the stored procedure begins with a number. For example:
If I try an run the stored procedure as follows:
EXEC 17P_Comsetter
Then I get the following error message:
Msg 102, ..... Incorrect Syntax near '17'
I am using SQL server 2005. Does anyone know why I am getting this error message?
i want to build a datagrid bound to a datatable with several columns. One column has only a dropdownlist with the number of the rows in the datatable.

I know how to bind the columns to a grid and its no problem to create such a dropdown list with the content for me, too. But i dont know how to sort the complete datatabl after changing one value of one dropdown listbox.
So, how can i resort the values of a datatable column based on a given value and the datarow id?
I have 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 stored as nvarchar inside Level in my db.
I then have a dropdownlist with values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. When a user makes a selection (i.e 1) (Level.SelectedValue.ToString). This builds an sql query via a param like this:
"Select things From MBA_EOI Where level = 1"
When I run the select I get the following error:
Syntax error converting the nvarchar value '1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9' to a column of data type int.
I was under the impression that I was dealing with an Nvarchar field and the selected value as string, where does the int conversion come in?
I want to update multiple rows of gridview (only price field. for that i have added textbox) on click of update button which is outside of gridview.I have done following way

I have table a and would like update table a whose values from table b, but not update all rows at table a. Only update record ID in table a match record ID in tableC.

I only have 12 a.ID match TableC, but above query update whole TableA.

I'm writing an update statement to update a user's password in the linked Access Database when they input (and confirm the input) of the new password in a textbox on my webpage.
The SQL statement that is being generated is - UPDATE tblUser SET [Password]=[chuck68] WHERE UserID=0000009
With tblUser being the correct name for the table, Password being the correct name for the field I wish to change and UserID being the linked field to lookup the password from.
The entirety of my code is as follows: (with the necessary import statement at the top of the class).

when trying to update the db from the edit page, i would likt to take one field from the formcollection change things in it and update the model with the changed field.
