I 've some session variables which are used on a page, i want to clear those session variables as soon as user is redirected from this page,
Is there any method which i can call before user is redirected from this page ?

I have been trying to call a vb.net function in aspx page how can i do that?. I have done it in C# by
<td><#%GetItemIndex(Container.ItemIndex)%></td> its working fine in C# but in vb.net it says GetItemIndex not declared.
and trying to convert (rptpages is a repeater)
rptpages.Itemcommand += New RepeaterCommandEventHandler( rptpages_ItemCommand1) from C# to VB.net but i dont see itemcommand property in VB.net for the repeater.

I have a test javascript function that simply shows an alert box but I cannot get it to display. Is there a special way to do this in a content page?

I have a GridView and a FormView on the same page. They both have separate DataSources. This is a simple Master Details configuration, when a someone clicks on the Select link in the GridView, the FormView brings up the Details data. But for some reason the FormView's DataSource is trying to retrieve data when I load the page. This is causing an error because no ID is passed from the GridView.

View 2 RepliesIn the content page, I have an ajax accordion pane with couple of panes. Within each of those panes there is 1 user control. Initially all the panes except the first one (AccordionPaneMain) is enabled. The first pane user control contains a form view . In formview itemcommand I am doing some processing and then was trying to enable rest of the panes by calling the function showPanes in the main page by using invoker method. My problem is, the method (showPanes) is getting executed but the panes are not enabled.

Is it possible to stop redirection at hyperlink to another link page?
As we do in IE toolbar, when we select the hyperlink element, the toolbar highlight the hyperlink but doesn't dispatch the redirect event, i need the same behavior in my html code.

I've tried "Eval" too but if I set a breakpoint in the LoadFacilityStyles function, it never even gets triggered/called. Is this possible to do with .master?

This works just fine. But i do have some validations on page that i have to check and throw error if they don't fill certain fields on the form. Having this function on the ClientClick event, its fired each time the button is clicked. How could i fire this function on the codebehind once i am done with all my validations?

I am using 4.0 frame work and forms authentication in my web application.I have a default page where i have placed the login link. when the user click the link it redirects to login page and when user is authenticated it redirects to the default page from where the user came . I liked my user to redirect to the admin page after the login no matter from where they login .

I want to check a condition in the button's click event and if it comes true, call a javascript funtion to show an alert. but the problem is when I use :

in the btn_Click event, it is not working. I guess the script should be registered at page_load.

I am using jquery -ajax method for it .. but on button click the code work fine and values inserted in table "Orders" without any postback , but its happens only once i;e when i click again nothing happens, no values inserted , neither show any error. .

I need to call a javascript funtion, on the click event of buttons(asp button or html button) in my gridviw.Also I need to pass the ID from the gridview(datakey value) as a parameter to the javascript function.
ie ,All the rows in my gridview has a button field,on clicking each of the buttons ,a javascript function is to be fired ,and the ID of that particular row from gridview(datakey value) should be passed to the javascript as a parameter.
