Everything in my project was working fine untill i implemented url rewrite(using global.asax file)
Now i am getting problems(ajax not working and some buttuns not clicking)
on clicking buttub i found this error in console
"WebForm_PostBackOptions is not defined"
This error is mainly due to rewrite of Webresource.axd.
How to resolve this error.
I have no idea why my form submit is not passing the model back to the Controller action

By default Index, renders with an empty results set, on button press i want it to go to the "StartSearch" Action, and rerender the index with possibly non-null results set.
I am using a web form in vs2010 and in my form am having a gridview with button on footer. I have written the code to create a new row while click the button. If I click the button i got the following error

i have a datalist to display the details of item from table "PRODUCTS" of my database, in datalist has link button .. on click on linkbutton i want to store the values (name & price ) of that row in the another table "ORDERS ". I open my website and it is ok, but if I wait for 1 or 2 hours and click one button. then the page error. However if you reopen it in the new browser window then it is ok again.

On my Search page, I have a search textbox, four drop-down lists and a "Search" button. If I use only the drop-down lists and click the "Search" button, results are immediately returned. I find a special circumstances as follows:
My web form contains a postback button. The button will postback and call a server-side method. The method will process something that may spend about 20 seconds. However, user may try to click the button several times within the waiting period. The sequential clicking may cause the first running method incomplete and stop, since the second click postback will dominate the method and start again. How can I solve it?
PS: It can not use client side script to disable the button, because it requires to use some server-side validation within the method.
I put a server side button on the header page. The website is running fine. I use the same source and put it on IIS, it's also working fine but the problem is, i couldn't compile it anymore using my VS studio. It's showing no error so when I go and check the output (after scrolling down a bit and found one line says error). it says

have been trying to get to grips with the entity framework using the music store tutorial as a base reworking it to fit an existing application i havei have a database table called AuthorDetail. I also have AuthorDetail.cs Model, and a View AuthorDetail.cshtml strongly-typed to the Model. It's also declared as DBSet in the Entities class :DbContext under the application Models namespace.
