App Running Fine In File System But Not In Iis 6.0

I have a .NET 2.0 web application which is running fine in file system. When I configure the same in IIS 6.0, I am getting config errors. Source Error:

I have an asp.net site running on XP IIS just fine, with login using aspnetdb. However, I wrote a page that has a datasource that connects to the same db, with a gridview that displays users. I've done this before on 2003 server iis 6 no problem. Here I get,
Cannot open user default database. Login failed.Login failed for user (domainusername)This is the identity I set in IIS 6.0 under authentication methods for anonymous access. I had to do this because the site connects to a remote accessdb as well. I cant use a local account or aspnet account.I dont understand how I can use the same site to login and out, but not to access this page.This is my asp.net conection string

Thats what the data source uses.Go figure when I remove and add again integrated security true, I can see the page. WHY I DONT KNOW!!!! But I also call membership.deleteuser() with a delete button, NOW THIS FAILS!Cannot open user default database. Login failed.Login failed for user '(computername)ASPNET'.
I have a web service which is running fine when i call it from a handler page (.ashx).
My web service returns a zip file.
But when i call the same code from my aspx page then i get a corrupted zip file. Code for calling is below and is same in both ashx class and aspx page.
I have a Web App (VS 2010 Beta 2, using VB) and it works flawlessly on the development system. When I publish it, everything works fine unless I use an update panel. If I use the update panel, and try to use something such as a dragpanel, I get the following error.

I am using crystal reports in my web application which came along with visual studio 2008.My problem here is export and print buttons in crviewer are working fine in my local system but when i hosted the app in server actual problem came into picture.Export and print buttons are not working.
I have two systems (System A & System B) both are windows xp.
System A is 32 bit operating system with more Memory so I Installed Visual studio here.
System B is 16 bit with low memory and some peripheral(Finger Print Reader, Thermal Printer) attached.
Now I need to develop a application for System B. Peripherals are attached with system B Only so i need to debug the application which is running in system B. But I cannot install visual studio in system B. Now how can I do that?
From a class library, I need to determine at run-time whether I'm running in an ASP.NET app or a WinForms/console app. There have been several other questions asked on the subject, but all of those solutions require adding a reference to System.Web. If at all possible, when running my console and WinForms apps, I don't want to load the System.Web assembly into memory just for one line of code out of thousands.
I have an application I am trying to write that generates a text file conforming to a file specification, and the file could contain thousands of lines. This part is easy. The more challenging part for me is the user interface. It needs to be a web interface with various options to affect what data gets on the file; this part is no problem. The process for generating the file, though, could take a little time depending on the amount of data , and I would think the web page would time out.
What options do I have for the UI? Could I create some sort of service that the page calls and runs in the background? When the process errors or is finished, I'm thinking there could be an email sent out, or even messages displayed on the page.
I have developed an Asp.Net application with backend sqlserver 2008 database. Now i want to install the MSI file in client system along with database file. In client system i want to install the sqlserver with out any sql editor. i.e The sqlserver shouldn't use for development purpose. The sqlserver must acts just like engine between application and database file. In sqlserver which edition i have to install in client system to do the above things ?
Has anyone had any experience trying to run a foxpro based .exe file from an asp.net page? How about just a regular asp page? My company has a com object that fires off a foxpro EXE to create a PDF document based on the user input. But we can't get the exe to fire from the COM object in our soon to be production environment. So if our hardware/network/security guys can't figure it out, I am wondering if I can, instead of calling the EXE from the com object, call it directly from the page? I have the input parameters set and available, but for some reason I keep getting an error saying that the parameter value is invalid. Yet I look at the values that are being passed to the com pbject and they are indentical.
I have a web site that you can upload images, the image path is saved in the ImgPath field in the data database and retrieves the image and displays it in the grid view. I want to be able to delete the image from a folder within my project when I delete the record. I'm trying to delete it from the Detailsview_ItemDeleting event.
in my application i am checking that windows media player plugin is available in the mozilla firefox or not.after that, if plugin is not available i have to run the wmpfirefoxplugin.exe through the javascript. or code behind.how to run the exe file through code.
First of all, i have multiple aspx files in my project that run fine when i build my project, however, something has happened and im no longer able to run "NEW" aspx files. I continually get the error "Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'newebrpss.Contracts'." which doesnt make sense because

Keep in mind..all im doing is just creating the file through right click project>>>new item>> Contracts.aspx and hit run only to get this.
I'm using System.IO.File.Create to create a file. I'm not writting to it with a stream writer, just creating it.
I get a server error in the front end when the app trys to open the newly created file - that the file is in use. Garbage collection then seems to come along and a few minutes later all is OK.
Now I know if I was using Streamwriter I would have to close it. Does the same apply to creating?
I've read that opening a stream writer to the file then immediately closing it will fix this.
I have WCF method that opens and reads text file when I call it from WPF client, I do pass security credentials and it works fine, but when I try to put this method inside of BackgroundWorker I get Access to the path.
I have a fairly big ASP.NET 3.5 website that refuses to open any page via the 'View in Browser' option of VS2010, i.e. the LocalHost facility does not work. All I get is a 'File Not Found' error.
Two other ASP.NET 4.0 sites (which are much simpler and do not have any SQL Server connections) can be viewed without any problem via the LocalHost service.
In my application users can write their own 'templates'. That are filled with data from other sources. I could use a simple token replacement, but I would like to be able to use the Razor syntax and engine for rendering the template. Here is an overly simplified example:

This code compiles the string into a class, then a dll, then finally reads from a dll - all this to bypass the MVC engine. why FLVPlayback isn't working properly in MVC views? I think i narrowed it down to the "hard coded" skin url file not being correct. Where should I put the skin file( e.g. skinOverAllNoCaption.swf) so that flash can find it? Or are there any alternative approaches to somehow setting the skin file dynamically.
