When I click on Home,I am getting Javascript error Button1_Click is undefined,but it is defined in the code behind,you can see above.

Dec 24, 2010I have a link button in a repeater control. the li element is drag and droppable using jquery. when the page loads the the link button works perfectly, the jquery that is attached and the server side code both execute. when I perform a drag and drop then click on the link button it doesnt not fire. when i click it a second time it does fire. If i perform 2 or drag and drops in a row the link button doesnt fire a as many drag adn drops as i before it will fire. for example if if perform 3 drag and drops then it will take about 3 click before the events are fired.

Apr 1, 2011I added a user control on master page and inside UserControl i add a link. and did some stuff on click of link.
Again i add another Content Page that is using the user control not the master page. Inside the table i add some textbox and save values in database . and the table is in UpdatePanel. and added ad trigger

When i remove the usercontrol entering on table textbox values works fine. and again i put the same user control the link button contol doesn't work for me.

Aug 10, 2010i have one master page and the ContentPlaceHolder that are inside UpdatePanel. I have too, buttons in master page thad feed the ContentPlaceHolder e update the UpdatePanel. When i click on any master page button, it load one UserControl inside ContentPlaceHolder. But inside one of this UserControls have a Button, that when i click on, it dont fire the click event.

1.) Have created a div with a dropdown list and ok, cancel button
2.) On document ready - registering div created on step 1 into a jQuery dialog
3.) on a javascript button click - I am opening this dialog box.
4.) Now, the problem is - the jQuery dialogbox which I have created, needs to be used by other button clicks as well on same page. Now, my div's (which is a dialog at runtime using jQuery) ok button click is already engaged with a javascript function (button1 click) and I can not associate other button's click events with it - thus stuck up here and have no clues or hit to resolve this.

May 24, 2010I have created an asp.net applications in which i am using jquery tabs to show say profile modifications information. I want user to see his profile info as well as he will be able to edit his details and save the information. for this purpose i have created an aspx page "MyProfile.aspx" and 3 ascx pages
say "page1", "page2" and "page3".
When i run "MyProfile.aspx" i can see all 3 tabs showing correct information. But problem is when i edit contents and try to save them back to the database. Contents on page1 are stored correctly. But page2 and page3 doest not fire any event. In all 3 pages I am using ajax n jquery to save data to database. and when i try to save contents of page2 and page3 nothing occurs.I am showing 3 tabs there of which first tab edits save the details but second and third tabs do not fire any event on button click.

1) When first load page show domaines in panel pnlDomainView and put them into array of LinkButton lblDom
2) If I click on a LinkButton from lblDom show thesaurus of that domain and put them into lblThes.
1 and 2 work OK. Problem happends here:
3) When I clik on a LinkButton from lblThes it should call clickThes. But it only calls Page_Load and shows Domaines, won't call clickThes

May 4, 2010Background: I am customizing an existing ASP .NET / C# application. It has it's own little "framework" and conventions for developers to follow when extending/customizing its functionality. I am currently extending some of it's administrative functionality, to which the framework provides a contract to enforce implementation of the GetAdministrationInterface() method, which returns System.Web.UI.Control. This method is called during the Page_Load() method of the page hosting the GUI interface.
Problem: I have three buttons in my GUI, each of which have been assigned an Event Handler. My administration GUI loads up perfectly fine, but clicking any of the buttons doesn't do what I expect them to do. However, when I click them a second time, the buttons work.
I placed breakpoints at the beginning of each event handler method and stepped through my code. On the first click, none of the event handlers were triggered. On the second click, they fired.
