Change Values Of ListView Elements In Codebehind

I'm trying to create a table with Listview and one of the fields I'm using is supposed to show a hyperlink to a more detailed view of the data shown, how I want to do that is by using FindControl on the ID of that item and then changing the value into a hyperlink of the detailed view page with a querystring attached, the problem is that I have no idea how to re-insert that data back into the listview field, which looks something like this:

</ItemTemplate>
I'm still an amateur in ASP.net, and if any of this seems too convoluted when there's a much easier to do this that I don't know about.

While running ItemDetabound upon load of a listivew, I am trying to access the text in a label of the LayoutTemplate of a different Listview. It works fine if I try access the same labels under the same names if they are in the same listview, but not if they are in a different one. It was working for a while, can't figure out what I changed, but now says that object doesn't exist.

I am trying to change the text of a asp:textbox and collapse some ajaxToolkit:CollapsiblePanelExtenders within some ascx controls on my page as well as output a dynamically generated file. I have no problem collapsing the CollapsiblePanelExtenders and changing the text of the textbox from the codebehind or outputting a file. The problem arises when I want BOTH of these events to happen on the same postback. Unfortunately using Response.Write negates all of the other changes to the page.

Is there a way of selecting returned values from a call to an sql database in the code behind? For example assume that I used the following to select values from a table called Products;
SELECT Price, Qty, Numbersold FROM Products
How can I now get the returned values e.g. Price in the c# codebehind and display it in a textbox? I know that in the asp markup that I can use EVAL and Bind statements to do this for example I can do Eval("Price") but is there a way of getting any of the selected values (Price, Qty or Numbersold) in the codebehind?
I know that I can use three separate select statements and make three separate calls to return each value and then do something like the following
Price = Convert.ToInt32(myCommand.ExecuteScalar());

i have a page called a1.aspx, with the Masterpagefile = a1_master.master. Now the master page has its own divs and images for design purposes. I want a way where when i load a1.aspx, certain chosen 's and images should be hidden(visible=false). how can i do this? how can i change the visibility of a div or an image in the master page from the content page?

But it is possible to change the values for the hidden inputs from .net codebehind code? I found this post which takes a different approach of sending these hidden fields instead as a query string to paypal. Not sure I like that though as would this not possiby explose some of those fields like the return page?

Basically what id like to do change the important parts of the button and info I'm sending to make it dynamic.I know I can do something like this in the markup, but that would mean having to fetch data mulitple times was hoping I could somehow adderss the field values directly in the codebehind. Or possibly dynaically generate and insert the entire changing input type fields from the codebehind

Possible to add them with something like this: myform.Attirbutes.Add (???). If so how do I contruct these input types in .net?As far as return logic security, I've tested that it's solid, i just need to automate the button process so I don't have to create a buy now page and button for each product.
