I have used user timeline to display all the tweets made by a specific user, but what I am trying to achieve is to display all the tweets on my website that the user has made or received. Is there any way to accomplish it.
View 4 RepliesAm stuck up with a task to display tweets from a particular user in website's home page.The website uses a web service which inturn uses Twitter APi to fetch tweets.The thing is Twitter Api returns tweets in a page containing tweets, posted over a week.
results per page is sent as a parameter. But for one request call the web service can return only one page which contains tweets for a period of one week.
But i want to fetch tweets posted over last three months.
I'm developing a Asp.Net website and I need to display the four most recent tweets from a group of users (around ten) that will be set in the admin area of the website. I know twitter has an API, but I don't know where to start.

I am having a problem with webforms in my website which i am developing it into VS2005. the changes like inserting new table on existing web form of website not getting displayed on webform when i debug it.

where i m binding third column (Subject) my intention is to make an ActionLink where subject is the display text and i want a dynamic ID coming from <#=MemoID#>. memo id is working fine and gives me a link with dynamic Memo IDs. the problem is with the subject i.e ("<#=Subject#>") is rendered as it is on the screen without mapping to the actual subject of the memo. i have also tried ("<%#=Subject%>") but to no gain.
I could not find a category on which my question is based on.So i did it here.I am working on a website build inasp.net 2.0, c#.Recently, when i m doing changes(adding labels changing fonts) on a particular page, they are notrelfected in the browser when i run the website. It have never happen before.I copy pasted the code in anotherfolder, the problem still persists.I also set the dynamic port property false, and set a port manually, still no luck.I also clearedcookies in the browser still the problem remains.
View 7 RepliesMy Client wants a native iPhone App that displays their mobile site optimized for iPhone developed using asp.net and ComponentOnes Studio for iPhone. i was planning to use a PhoneGap app which calls an external URL using JavaScript and do it after showing the splash screen. but according to phoneGap FAQ its most likely to apple to reject an app that loads external URL ? just need somebody to clear me on the whole process. isnt it possible to create an app like that ? i've seen various iPhone apps that do this (eg: cydia).

I have also read about twitterizer library, that allows ASP.Net to create Apps for Twitter but it comes with OAuth authentication where a user is redirected to Twitter.com.
What I am trying to do is once user has given permission the app will accept username and password for their twitter account and then using Twitterizer library it will post their tweets.
I want design a page where the end user enters information on my page and related information is fetched from the another website on my web page.
For example: Capturing City and state name from USPS.com
End user Task : Enter zipcode and click button 'Fetch'
My page perform few task
1. opens usps site backend
2. Enters the zipcode
3. Captures city name and state as temporary value from the usps
4. Displays the same in labels present in my home page.
I'm trying to run a website (site2) that I've placed inside a folder (dir-site2) of another website (site1). The default file of site2 displays fine in every browser on my local computer, as in when I type http://localhost:45912/www.site1.com/dir-site2/default.aspx. But when I upload everything to my host's server and type this
http://www.site1.com/dir-site2/default.aspx I get a server "can't access" error message. I can't display any file that is inside the subdirectory, dir-site2.
I would like users to upload a profile picture when they register, and to then show that picture in a picture box control when they are logged in based on that specific user.

Multilingual Website and i have implemented that i works good .but there is new problem arrising. suppose my default language is english set in internet option so the whenever website reloaded or redirected then all content will show in english language but
when i changed it to hindi then current webpage converted to hindi but after that if i pressed any button on current page or i redirected to any other link of particular website then again hindi is converted to english.
