i made a website in framework 4 then i notice that my host does'nt support framework 4 :D! ... is there any solution for converting framework 4 to framework 3.5 ?!

I have developed a asp.net website.Now what i want is that it should be multilingual.I don't want a page to be multilingual.I want the whole website to be multilinual.I used the Culture settings as

When I try to drag a table to a .dbml file, the Object Relational Designer says, "The selected object(s) use an unsupported data provider." If I try to create an .edmx file via Generate from database, then the alert is, "This server version is not supported. You must have Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later."
So VS 2010 has no support for the Data Entity Framework or LINQ when connecting to a SQL Server 2000 database? If that is the case, what is the best data access strategy for this scenario?

I have 2 sites. One of them was developed by a .Net programmer. Now I am contracted to implement a PHP site and fetch data from the .Net site.
There is an ASP.Net form that a customer fills and when they hit submit, the data gets stored in SQL Server DB. How do I also store the same data in MySQL parallelly? I cannot directly use some database connectors with ASP.Net since MySQL connectivity is not supported on 1and1 Windows hosting (biz account, no less!).
What I thought of is to publish an RSS feed of entries in ASP.Net site and routinely scrape that data into MySQL on Linux host. It is an overkill, I know. Not efficient.
I have one IIS entry with AppPool integrated mode. There are 5 or more host headers assigned. The application pulls data based on the host name from Request.Url.Host. When I have 2 or more sites open at the same time the value of the Request.Url.Host is the same across all the sites. About every 30 seconds it resets itself to the correct value from the last request and shows that value on the other sites. So ultimately the sites are loading the same data. The value in the HOST server variable is incorrect as well.

I have this cenario:One server (machine) that have framework 3.5. And one site (website) developed for framework 3.5.This site can not be modified (rebuild in other FW version, or others changes).
I'll developer a new webapplication (WAP) in framework 4.0 (using microsoft visual web developer 2010).
As I know, the new webaplication work in the server, if I install framework 4.0 in the server.
My question is: Can I install the framework 4.0 on the machine that already have framework 3.5. And continue have sites working with other frameworks version?Or, should I develop my new webapplication in framawork 3.5 ?If I can install the framework 4.0, do I need make some specify configuration during the installation?

There is no way to change it. While accessing from 3.5 it is not showing any error msg.
But not giving expected results.

I have an old Web application which is using net framework 2.0(build with vs2005), now i need to move the old Web application to production server which has .net framwork 3.5 installed.
