JQuery :: Cannot Find "FinishButton" Control Within "FinishNavigationTemplate" Of Wizard Control

I'm trying to use JQuery to disable the "FinishButton" - inside the ASP.Net Wizard Control. However the error I'm getting is: "The name 'FinishButton' does not exist in the current context."
I'm not sure if I need to use the JQuery "children" method to find this control that is inside the Wizard Control's "FinishNavigationTemplate"? I tried to do this, but it did not work:
I'm currently experiencing issues when I try to update the text value of a label. The label is located within a HeaderTemplate. The HeaderTemplate is within a Wizard control. why I'm uable to access it directly or with using findcontrol?
I believe that Findcontrol returns back a null when I go that route. Here's a code snippet below of what I'm working with. I'm trying to update lblCurrentJob with text that changes based on what the user selects on my page.
I have a wizard named as "Wizard1" which has a Textbox named "tbRegion". Now I want to get the value from the textbox into a label "Region". Now this textbox is in step 2 of the wizard.
I want to access my textbox with id=UserName from javascript but its giving me error (on the highlighted JS line) that UserName does not exists in the current context.
Can any one tell me how to acces a controls value with is residing in asp.net's CreateUserWizard control?
Well since it seems relatively difficult to send the object of a WebControl over JSON using jquery.ajax() I've decided to send the name of the control as a string because I know how to do that. Then I promptly realized that, from a web service, I don't actually know how to search for a control by ID name. Since its a service I can't seem to get Control.FindControl() to work. All I'm trying to do is call a databind() on my radcombobox.
For any of you that knows anything about asp.net/rad controls - I'm basically updating a database and want the radcombobox to be in sync with that database again after adding something, before I autoselect what was just added. Other than databind do i have to call anything to refresh that list?
I have databound GridView in my page and I have a hidden DIV in all rows. Each row contains a Button that I want it to make the DIV visible for me! how can I use that with jQuery?!

How can I get all the textboxes inside a create user wizard control using getElementsByTagName().

The above code isn't displaying hint text when the textbox retreives focus.
I think there is something wrong with this getElementsByTagName("asp:TextBox"); , I have also tried getElementsByTagName("TextBox"); , getElementsByTagName(":textbox"); and getElementsByTagName("input"); .
But no one of them gets the textboxes array.
Can anyone tell what will be the correct syntax for getting all the textboxes inside a create user wizard control using getElementsByTagName()?
I have a wizard control and I have defined a custom header template for it and I have put a label control inside that header template and I need to access it programaticly at runtime.
How do I get reference to it in the 'ActiveStepChanged' event of the wiard?
i have problem in using ajax control , till morning it everything was file , now when i add any new ajax control it shows the error Control canot be created because visual studio cannot find the control's type in the control assembly then if i press OK it says The operation could not be completed . invalid FORMATETC structure

I have programmatically created the Wizard control:

Based on List I get from Session i added new steps to my wizard To each step I had added a custom control
Each custom control in tern contains another custom Gridview Control in it.
So here's the problem when the page loads for example for two steps. All is good Wizard does what it's supposed to do.
But when I try to use sorting or paging in that custom Gridview. Somehow it displays the gridview I should see in the next step of the wizard.
Also what I'm noticing through debugging. Is that when I press next in the wizard I go back to the original page where I do all of the code specified above, and it recreates the wizzard. But it goes to the next step. Is this the way wizard supposed to work? Just doesn't seem very efficient.
I'm trying to find a TextBox in the code-behind page, it's inside a nested master page and also then inside another control container (it's inside ctrlCheckoutShippingAddress also) .

You can see that user control have a button that have a click event handler. i want this button to trigger on click. but when i click on this button i found server error "The state information is invalid for this page and might be corrupted."i can imagine what is going on viewstate is not valid for form for obivious reason......how can i fix this problem or update viewstate.
