Web Forms :: Save And Load A Page's Values?

I have an application where in a simple aspx page I have a linkbutton called "View" that redirects me to another page passing scenarioId as a parameter.
In the new page, I would like to pull up a db record pertaining to that Scenario and store those values somewhere so that, if I do a post back on that page, I am able to access those values, along with other new parameters to pass into another stored procedure that does db updates.
As there are about 10-15 different values, it does not make sense to me to have a property declared for each variable. I feel there is a better way to store those values together as a single entity like a class or a structure and save and load from viewstate during page loads and postbacks respectively?

In my website I have a search page.After clicking on the search button,in the search page,the navigation goes to the result page.
On clicking back button when the user again comes to the search page,the search query is sometimes lost and sometimes saved.
The query is saved if the user goes back immediatly while the query is lost if the user goes back after 10-15 minutes.
I need to keep the search query for a long time ,say 30 minutes.

I have a checkboxlist (cblTeamMates) with a sqldatasource (sqlTeamMates) that has 3 columns (ID, FullName and Status ). The datavaluefield and datatextfield for cblTeamMates is "FullName" and the 2 status values possible are "Available" and "Absent". How do I go about, in the page load event, checking all the names (FullName) whose Status is "Available"?

Actuall i retrive one row from Database with more than 80 columns on page load. Now i need to fill these data in every control like Text-Box and Combo-Box which i have using on the Page.
My Column Name and My Id of the Textbox or combobox are same. now i need to fill the value in textbox and combobox where coumn name and textbox id are same.
Eg.
(1) TextBox Id's Name :- txtCustName, txtCustNo, txtAddress, etc(More than 80 Column).
now i will be remove the 'txt" from every id.
so it would be seems like CustName, CustNo, Address, etc.
(2) Column Name :- CustName CustNo Address
Values from (Dataset) :- Xyz 123 Abc.......

I've got a few labels in a datalist that are being populated based on the values of a queryString but without the query string the datalist is empty.

I'm creating user controls that i will put into an update panel and make them visible only when required using triggers. Once visible it will float in a dialog box so it has a close button which will just hide the control on client side.
The controls have multiple post back states, like a wizard, i'm using a multi view control to accomplish that. My problem is that once the user is at step number two in the control, if the user closes the dialog, than opens the dialog again, (note that the control is made visible on the server and reloaded by updating the updatepanel) the second step will still be displayed. The reason is . because whenever there is a postback the control will load its state using the viewstate, even if EnableViewState is false it will still load it using the LoadControlState method. so my quesion is how can i force a user control to load fresh with its default values without any postback data.

i have 5 checkboxes in webform and textbox1. when i search the record using the date specified in textbox1
when i enter 11-Dec-2010 in Textbox1 and click on submit button then checkbox1, checkbox2, and checkbox3 will be disabled and unchecked. and after tat when i type 13-Dec-2010 in Textbox1 and click on submit button then checkbox1, checkbox4, and checkbox5 will be disabled and unchecked .....and all the checkbox of 11-Dec-2010 will be enabled for 13-Dec-2010 I M CURRENTLY WORKING IN ASP.NET (VB)

I am fairly new to ASP.NET C#, I have a vehicle table which stores basic info about the vehicle, then a vehicle options table that stores the options available on the table.
I have a checkboxlist control on my form and I am populating the list items from the database. I am trying to loop thru the items to determine which ones the user has selected. After determining which ones are selected I need to add rows for each item selected to the vehicle options table.

I have an editable gridview with blank cells. User enters some numeric data in cells and also user can clicks a button to add new row to gridview. My problem is that, as soon as button click event is fired, the page refreshes & the gridview becomes empty. Can anybody tell me, how can I save values in gridview until the user saves all changes to the server in the end
