View 7 RepliesI've looked everywhere and googled everything and couldn't find anything good. What I need is a class that is able to draw an image (graphics) with rounded corners (different on each corner is a plus) with a border and gradient fill.
All the examples I find have some flaws (like bad quality, missing functionality etc).
I will use this with a ashx that will draw the image and then show it to the user.
I added code to show an image in my button. But it is no longer rounded or at least XP style when I add the image like normal buttons I add. Here is the code I use.

View 5 RepliesI just had a few questions about a basic version of the Singleton Method that is posted below. I've just created a very basic class that implements the Singleton Method. Afterwards, I create the first instance in the Page_Load and then when I push a button on the Web Page, I create a reference to the Singleton Class and then print out the "SingletonName" property to ensure that it has a value.

1) If 2 or more users are concurrently running this application, will the users have a new Singleton Object, or will the user be given the Objects that the first user created? In other words, is this Global to the application or just the session? I believe it is global for each session and not to the application but I wanted to make sure.
2) In the button click event, should you create a new reference, like I am doing, or should I do something like "Response.Write(Singleton.Instance.SingletonName)"?
Currently I have button on a form and I need to make buttons image but maintain the click event functions that they have. For instance I have a button that says Update. View 3 RepliesI am trying to use Rounded Corner buttons in my ASP.NET website using AjaxControlToolkit's RoundedCornerExtender. When I use this on a Buton control, I get an error saying "htmlfile: Unexpected call to method or property access" to which I can Break/continue.
When I run the sites, it gives me an error "Unexpected call to mathod or property access".Here's the screenshot:

I've had read some articles and watch video tutorial which there were perfectly working and I followed it but I wasn't able to make it work. The image control just displayed blank. I am showing images of members on my website. The images are already saved to file. I want to add some text to the image that is loaded in the image control. I don't want to save it to file, just display the change on that web page. I have seen code on how to do this but I do not see how to load it into an image control. Is this possible without saving it to file?

Our application needs to display a series of fees charged against an account column which will be either less then 500, 500 to 1000 or >1000. Some of those fees are charged at a full rate, others at a partial rate, and some are not charged at all. The user would like to see a simple 3-state graphic which would convey the simple info: full-charge, partial-charge, or no-charge. Sounds easy enough but I've not yet managed to find a way to do this. Every time I attempt to modify the individual cell's graphic it seems to want to change the graphic for all the rows.
